This property is not a "luxury" property. The house is old and run down and located in a rundown neighborhood. There were several concerning safety issues such as the sliding door to the pool did not latch and was only held closed by a plastic clip. The stove vented right back into the room. A few outlets were loose. Several doors to outside showed daylight all around the door jam. Security was a concern. Also water damage was evident- bowed ceiling on back porch, musty smells throughout. Some positives- host was very helpful and responsive. Check in and check out were very simple. The house was centrally located to many attractions. The pool was heated at the temp I requested. The beds were decent and the furniture was comfortable. This property was way overpriced for what is is. I was sadly disappointed we spent our spring break here.
