Fabulous Rental

Upon arrival we noticed first the cleanliness of the condo. It fit our family of 5 so well and this is one of our favorite spots to visit.

Wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach condo!

Fabulous views from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals and winding down after a day on the beach. Everything you need to be comfortable is here. Roomy, beautifully decorated, clean and comfy! Owner was very responsive. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family loved staying at this property. The condo was as described - very spacious and comfortable - much more so than the pictures show. We loved being able to sit on the patio and watch the golfers throughout different parts of the day or just watching/listening to the ocean. We enjoyed having the option of laying by the pool or going to the beach - both of which were less than a 5 minute walk. The location of the condo made it an easy drive to St. Augustine to sight see. We were so grateful to have the time away as a family.

Nice condo

This condo is very nice, spacious, reasonably priced, and very clean. The owners are easy to contact and very helpful. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. If you love the beach, you should know that cinnamon beach is very rocky just as you enter the water.

Exactly what we needed plus a great view of ocean!

We love staying at Cinnamon Beach and this condo had everything that we needed and more. The condo was clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The beautiful view of the ocean was a great bonus.

Outstanding Location

The pictures didn't tell the story of how spacious this unit is. The resort community is beautiful, including the drive through the live oak trees to get to the main entrance. The condo was spotless. The view is great. With the balcony facing north, you have shade to avoid the heat of mid-day. We were there in December so weren't interested in getting in the ocean. The beach access by the condos leads to an area were there are rocks in the surf so not great for swimming but the access by the beachfront pool is better suited for that. Beach walking is not a problem anywhere along this stretch. The pools were awesome. The unit is close to the elevator and there are luggage carts available for move-in/out. This was one of our best VRBO experiences (and we've had quite a few). Would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Amazing views. Extremely clean condo. Well stocked kitchen. Private area with excellent security Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for use. The cinnamon sand is gorgeous and easy to walk on. Rick and Cindy are excellent to work with. We plan to return next year.

Thank you so much for letting us stay on your property! It was a short walk to the pool and the beach. We were also able to enjoy activities at the Hammock Resort. We loved how clean your place was. We loved that you had everything we needed from extra blankets pillows to beach chairs towels to coolers! I wasn’t a fan of the ring doorbell camera. But I understand why the owner would want it. It was just weird for me to know someone can see me go in and out. Other than that, a family of 6 will love this place.

I didn't want to leave!

When we got there the property was absolutely beautiful and clean. We have been going for years and this has been hands down the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Hopefully we will stay here again. The beach wasn't in the best shape this year but it could be on account of the weather, there was a lot of seaweed and we have never seen seaweed on this beach before and during low tides the rocks were very visible. But the condo was PERFECT!

Beautiful View From Balcony

We stayed at the condo for a week while vacationing in Palm Coast. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular view of the ocean and golf course. Easy walk to beach and pools. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries we made.
