We love Cinnamon Beach…we have stayed in many of the condos…this condo was very well appointed and we will try to rent this one again when we have the little ones in tow. They had anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable.

This condo was well decorated, clean, and felt like home away from home. The location was quiet and offered all the beach amenities you could want. You should note if you want to swim in the ocean this is not the location for you. There are too many rocks on the beach BUT the beach is clean and beautiful and we saw dolphins and sharks! There are two great pools on property and our kiddo loved the kids area at the lakeside pool! We will be back for sure!

We loved this home. It is very nicely furnished and has everything you would need. The porch is especially lovely and looks out over one of the golf holes and to the ocean beyond that. Being close to the stairs was great with our little dog and the house, community and beach is very dog-friendly. Beds were comfy and everything worked as expected. We walked to the beach and even to the pool, though if you are taking chairs/umbrellas/etc it might be easier to drive. The hot tub was great and the beach is beautiful with lots of shells. Sunrises were amazing. About 30 minutes drive to St Augustine, and to the south there are some outlets for shopping if that is your thing. Fabulous bicycling opportunities as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were impressed with how spacious, clean and well equipped the unit was and we had a great time using the amenities from the Cinnamon Beach resort. There is a Publix nearby for groceries and plenty of options to choose from for eating out.

This was such a beautiful condo! The photos looked great online but it far exceeded expectations. It was so spacious, and the resort was fantastic. We loved the pools and beach access. Renting this place was the best decision and we hope to be back!!

We enjoyed our vacation away from the heavy tourist beaches-which I hate! Here we found a quite, friendly neighborhood with very private beach access. This unit is in building 200, which is not the closest to the beach and furthest to the 2 pools, but not a bad walk to either. If you're lucky, you might find an empty parking space at the pool/clubhouse. Pools close early with respect to the fulltime residents and stayed crowded. Both hot-tubs are closed for the season. The beach is breathtaking and never crowded. I recommend taking a peak at the shoreline while tide is low so you can take note of where the big rocks and coral are at before you plan to swim. My teen girls got their legs scratched all up the first time a wave knocked them down. You can't see the rocks under the water. Bring water shoes for the tender footed since the beach is made up of crushed shells. I suggest entering the beach from the pool access (the blue dock/pier) and walk towards the right to find the best rock-free beach to set up your chairs & umbrella. The unit is on the left end of the 2nd floor, easily accessible from both the steps and elevator. The bottom level is the parking garage, so we literally parked right above our car the entire trip. Check in/out was a breeze with keyless entry. We followed all the pre-check in instructions provided by Vacasa, printed out all the passes and paperwork in advance and had no problems getting through the security gate. There is a $2 toll fee every time you re-enter the community from town. We traveled as a family of five, 2 adults & 3 teens. This condo had plenty of room! We especially liked the 3rd bathroom and breakfast nook. It's fully stocked with everything you'd expect to be in your own kitchen (not cheap stuff like in a lot of rentals) so we were able to cook several meals during our stay. We had groceries delivered from Walmart. There is a small electric grill on the balcony. Not our preference, but it worked. Everything you'll need for a day at the beach was provided...4 chairs, a cooler, a beach bag, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrella, towel clips and an abundance of beach towels. I'm an "over-packer" bc I've been burnt too many times on false rental descriptions, so we brought everything we needed from home but it was awesome to have the option, in case we forgot something. If/when we return, I'll trust to pack less. The condo was clean and very welcoming. On the rainy days, we took advantage of the board games and family time. We spent a day visiting St. Augustine (40 min drive north) and another day in Daytona (45 minute drive south). Both have nice outlets and more of the tourist vibes. Daytona beach was extremely congested! Glad we didn't stay there, lol. If your debating on renting...pack a bag and just do it!

Very roomy and comfortable stay. Had everything we needed minus food. Definitely would stay again. It is pet friendly but only negative was there weren’t many grassy areas nearby but they were a close walk. View of golf course and ocean from balcony.

Owners thought of everything. Even though we don't have little ones anymore, it was nice to see kid friendly supplies on hand. The games and videos were a plus, even for adults. One negative was the throw rugs throughout. We kept tripping on them so we moved them all out of the way and then put them back before leaving.
