No way a 5-Star property!
Great location! Home has lots of space. Nice pool. Golf course view is absolutely beauty. Lots of beach & pool gear, baby & infant stuff and other nice amenities. However, the home is quite old and dated. Blinds were broken. Bad lighting in kitchen. Air vents dirty. Shower door-frame had grime and mildew. Windows & sliding glass doors hard to open. Slight foul smell in the foyer area as you enter. Plant & flower beds full of weeds. Several rips in the dome-screen over the pool (most, but not all repaired with mesh tape). Coffee maker needed cleaning. Exhaust fan in hallway bath did not work. We arrived after dark and no lights were on outside and/or at the front entry door. There is a dangerous, slightly raised step as you approach the front door that was undetectable due to the darkness. I tripped on it and fell! Fortunately, nothing broken and just a bad bruise on my head from hitting the tiled-concrete. We visit family in Palm Coast several times a year, and have rented numerous VRBO properties. This is the first time that reviews by previous guests “let us down” and did not provide an adequate description as to the condition of the property. The property is not gross! But, it needs a good bit of attention and repairs. A good deep-cleaning would make a big difference too.

Golf Getaway
Four golfers had an enjoyable stay. Pool was great after a round of golf. Indoor and outdoor sitting areas are well set up and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities required.

Golf Trip
Property was excellent, plenty of room for 4 golfers to relax after playing 18 holes. Backyard area was lovely and especially the outdoor sitting area with a TV. Was so nice watching a Yankee game sitting outside during the evening. Roland was always available and we will definitely look to stay again if we golf in Palm Coast next year!

Great pool house
We love everything about this house, especially the heated pool and lovely yard with evening sunsets. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner is great to deal with. This was our second stay and we will look forward again to next year!

Fantastic house
House was as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Well stocked with items for all your needs, laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Heated pool was warm when we arrived and the kids loved it. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great stay near St. Augustine
We enjoyed our time, close to beaches, st.augustine. it was a bit cold for swimming but finally was able to get in the pool our last day. I would recommend staying here.

Taves Golf Week
A great vacation home. Very clean, all beds were very comfortable. Lots of dishes and utensils. A larger than average heated pool was super. A new propane bbq was also a nice touch. Our contact was very communicative and friendly to deal with. We will be back . .

Beach House
Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool the most of course and even got to swim at night with the beautiful lights. Only complaint of the actual property is the washer bleached some of our clothes even though we never used bleach and the dryer took multiple hours (resetting it about 3 times) to dry the clothes so I suggest just waiting till you get home to wash laundry. Overall I would stay again. We loved it!!! Very pretty, quiet, and peaceful! Great neighborhood with friendly people around. We left some floats for others to enjoy ☺️

Absolutely Perfect
This is our second stay in this home and we absolutely love it! The pool is so fun, the house is spacious, and it is full of everything you could want from a fully stocked kitchen, lots of pool/beach towels, games to play, bikes in the garage, pool toys, sand toys, etc. The location is fantastic with lots of parks and bike trails and also close for grocery stores too. There are lots of free local beaches and close enough to go to St Augustine or Daytona too. This is by far our family's favorite house/location and we plan to come back again!

Had a great time and loved the house
The house was just what we were hoping for and had a wonderful heated pool. It is in a great neighborhood and close to the beach, shopping, golf and great biking trails. We look forward to coming back again! The owner was great to deal with and answered any questions within minutes.

Get-a-Time
I was not impressed at all. We like the idea of sitting by the pool watching TV, however the furniture smelled dusty. It could really use a good cleaning or some new cushions. Even before that just pulling up to the property was a little disappointing. It has no curb appeal. Opening the door there was an old smell, as if the house hadn’t been occupied in a while. We were very disappointed

Wonderful Family Weekend
We rented this home to stay with our children and grandchildren for a long weekend. It was a great choice. The pool is very nice. It is screened-in and has a safety fence around it. The house has a nice floor plan with plenty of room to relax together or separately. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is on a golf course, so it would be a good place for a golf weekend as well. The beach is 10 minutes away, and it's not very crowded at all. St. Augustine and Daytona are close by as well.

Perfect Family Getaway
Our stay was absolutely perfect! We had 4 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of space to spread out, cook, swim, and just hang out. We rode the bikes daily and enjoyed the local parks and bike trails. We kayaked in the intercoastal, watched the sunrise several times from Old Salt and Jungle Hut beaches, swam at Varn Beach, and fished on Flagler Pier. We went to St. Augustine for a day trip too. This was close to everything, such a beautiful location, and the house was absolutely wonderful!

Great family getaway
Beautiful home in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for all of us to spread out, big kitchen, two seating areas to watch TV. Pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the lanai every day. Roland was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience, 100% satisfied and would highly recommend for families looking for a place to stay in the area.

Close to Everything!
Close to golf, close to bike trails, close to restaurants and close to St Augustine. This house is very clean and roomy and well equipped. The salt water heated pool was wonderful. We had the washer go out on us and Roland had it replaced the next day. I will definitely recommend this property to friends visiting the area or rent here again in the future.

The property is centrally located between Saint Augustine in Daytona it is on a golf course Although there are a lot of other homes it is real private it’s just great if you wanted to go visit the Saint Augustine area close to great restaurants and beaches as well the Wi-Fi and televisions worked great with multiple streaming going on no interruptions

Everything was great about this rental! The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Also several people have left pantry items which was nice instead of having to buy everything. Close to the grocery stores and the golf course is great!! The pool area was so nice. There were even some pool/beach items there for guests use.

Fantastic family vacation!
Wow! We were beyond thrilled with this home! This was our first time traveling back down to Florida since Covid, to finally be reunited with my parents!! They live about 10min from this home, and all of our favorite destinations are just a short drive as well!! When we were at the house, you couldn't keep us out of the pool!! We had 6 adults, and 2 babies, and there was so much room for everyone to spread out, watch TV, read a book play cards or games, etc! A week just wasn't long enough!!!
