Beautiful view! Very relaxing and quiet. Extremely well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Wish we could have stayed longer. Beach was amazing as well as the location. Easy parking and condo access. Will definitely return.

The condo was just perfect!!! Wonderful views and 100 ft away from the beach!!! The gated community with all the amenities was just fantastic!!!! Thank you for having us!!!

Booking through VRBO has always been a choice of ours. The VACASA group that we had to deal with after booking the rental was a living nightmare to say the least. Check-in was a total disaster. We fought with VACASA for two days before we were leaving the house asking them to please send our gate passes (Fast Pass) to our email at home so we could print them before leaving. As of 4:00 on "Saturday afternoon" (the day of check in) we still did not have what we needed for check-in. We were still on the phone with VACASA letting them know that we cannot get on the property without a gate pass. NEVER again will I book anything that is connected with VACASA. Some of my family members ended up going back home because of all the frustration and stress this created. We have stayed in this community several times for summer vacations before and didn't have to use any host like VACASA. On top of that, the rental we had... it was NOT clean at all. There was mold on the ceiling in the living room. Base boards and door jams were very dirty (some paint might have helped) and a lot of the furniture was very old. You could tell this rental has not been updated or any renovations been done in years. I don't care how much fruity spray they used; it was not going to get rid of the musty smell. For us and the family, we made to best of it.
