Saved our vacation

We had a horrible experience with a house (different management company) three doors down. We were in a panic on where to go and luckily moved to this house 3 doors down. The property management was great with communication. We had to get used to the 2nd floor master and kitchen but honestly it worked out.

Love Cinnamon Beach!

Even though it's not as close to the beach and club pool as we'd like, it's not a bad walk to the beach. Drove to the club pool. The home does have its own unheated pool, which could use a few touches (pull weeds,add chairs, etc.)It's a lovely home, just lacks that personal feeling. It's the 4th time that we've stayed at Cinnamon Beach and we love the area!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, Crystal went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great bike rental recommendation. House was very nice, plenty of space for 7 adults. Pool is smaller than the pictures make it appear and there are only 2 lounge chairs for a home that sleep 10. The weeds around the pool were a foot high so we didn’t use the pool at the house. Pool aside, loved the house and kitchen has everything you need.

This property was clean and close to the beach and community pool. The layout worked great for our family of teens and college kids and the pictures were accurate. Some older reviews mentioned there wasn’t soap, but we did find soap and starter TP and paper towels. Overall, a great house for a family beach stay.

Fantastic Stay

Ideal property and location. This house is much more beautiful than the pictures. It is in wonderful condition and the decor is far above average. It is a short walk to the beach, community clubhouse and pool. Next door, Hammock Dunes offers a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. This is, hands down, the nicest VRBO we have ever stayedit. We will certainly be back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fabulous house! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the kids to spread out and be noisy with the adults finding quiet spaces. When we left the kids begged to come again next year! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Family Getaway at Cinnamon Beach

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful home in the Cinnamon Beach Community in Palm Coast for a week with our family of 10, including two children—and we wish we had a few more days! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with tall ceilings and a two-car garage. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we even hosted visiting family for the day comfortably.The kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated the starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap—it held us over until we made a grocery run. The private pool was great, though our kids especially loved the nearby community pools and splash pad. The house also provided beach towels, toys, and six chairs (a few more chairs would’ve been helpful).The A/C worked perfectly during the hot Florida days, and having a washer and dryer made things even more convenient. The entire community was lovely, safe, and ideal for families, with security at the gate and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We visited the beach and pools daily—everything was close by, with plenty of chairs and shade at the pool areas.The rental management company was outstanding—very responsive before and during our stay. They quickly delivered a beach cart when we noticed one was missing and sent maintenance the same day when we reported a beehive. We also enjoyed their thoughtful extras, like free beach yoga and a Friday evening candy bar for kids.This home and community were perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled family vacation. Highly recommend!

BIG beautiful home

Only down side is there’s a house being built right next door (where the pool is) so it’s shady in the afternoon at the pool. Also could use some more furniture at the pool. Currently only 2 lounge chairs there. Neighborhood pool was beautiful. Food at the pool was great! Lots of great walking every morning- sidewalks everywhere. Beautiful community!

Up until checkout I could not complain

The WORST and I really do mean worst experience of my life, considering the amount of money and the community location, you think they would have more class and tact instead of just throwing you out. I will never be returning here and it is a shame because the neighborhood is beautiful, although in the house absolutely nothing is included besides hangers and towels, not even dish soap which ultimately makes sense because the same people who stock such things are the same ones who you deal with upon checkout. Absolutely wretched. Lying people.

Beautiful rental home

Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family get-together - spacious, clean, beautiful decor, close to beach, pools, etc. We cooked all of our meals in because we had such a large group. Well-equipped kitchen and large open spaces so we never felt cramped.We had an issue with the dryer at first but maintenance was quick to respond. Also, we had some pretty wild neighbors that enjoyed all-night/all wee-morning pool parties. We would have enjoyed the big patio overlooking the lake much more if it weren't for this family/group. There was no local security to call and I did not want to call police. Other than that, it was a perfect place and rental house for our trip and lots of fun memories made! Thank you!

Some minor cleaning and maintenance issues. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was non-responsive from the app. Reached out to them on a maintenance issue and about extending our stay and got no response. In fairness, it was a holiday weekend, so I understand that complicates things a bit. But would have still expected them to reach out after they were back in normal operations. We did finally get maintenance out when someone from CBV was making rounds and stopped by to check in and see how things were going.Community is great and our family loves it there. We will be back and would be willing to rent the house again.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! This was a last minute decision to book here after needing to change previous plans and I appreciate how patient and helpful the management staff was. Our group of six adults and two teens had more than enough room for everyone to hang out together and to also enjoy their privacy when they wanted it. It’s a very clean, bright and spacious home that had everything we needed and more. I loved the different porches to relax and catch the sun at different times of the day, and being able to walk around the community or walk to the beach a few minutes away. This is our first stay on the Atlantic side after numerous stays on the Gulf, and we were convinced after the glorious sunrises at Cinnamon Beach that this might be our preferred location. Unfortunately, with the new construction going in next door and the pool being a bit too cold we didn’t hang out at the house pool much but spent several days at the “quiet” pool (versus the kids/family pool across the street), enjoying snacks and drinks from the grill. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby in Flagler Beach; our favorite breakfast was the delicious avocado toast at the Ragga Surf Cafe! And don’t miss the incredible sweets at Delicias of Portugal Bakery. Gorgeous home in a great community with plenty to do! Would definitely return.

Not only does the house have its own pool, but it is a short walk to the beach and main pools. We enjoyed the nice layout of the home, especially the huge porches and quietness of the neighborhood. A huge shout out to Cinnamon Beach Vacations for answering all of our questions, responding quickly to any needs, and being super polite and helpful the entire experience. If you are looking for a 5 bedroom home in a great location, this rental will not disappoint. We will definitely be back!
