Perfect desert condo

Absolutely wonderful condo. Everything you could possibly want or need was provided. Beautiful, peaceful community with fabulous views. I would definitely recommend this property for a desert getaway.

Palm Valley CC Bliss

We had a wonderful visit at this property. Clean, beautifully decorated, adequately stocked, awesome views. TV had a problem, but it was rectified by Frontier. Only suggestion is to provide a new toaster. It wasn’t working, so we used the broiler. We Plan on returning to the PVCC next year.

Long term stay and everything was excellent

We had a great experience with the management of this property during or 4 month stay. Whenever something was wrong they responded quickly and competently. The beds, bedding and pillows were the best we have ever had at a rental property; firm beds(no sagging in middle), down pillows, down comforter...VERY COMFORTABLE...you will sleep very well! Everything very clean and mostly new. The stove/oven a little dated using the stove top coils, but the stove and oven heated up extremely quickly( within 4-5 min I had stove top popcorn cooked!). Nice view across two fairways, not just one, sunlight all day and nice westerly view towards nice sunsets at night on back patio. TV's and wifi worked great.

Unit review

Not a thorough remodel. Bathrpom counters were low. Mbr bed was on wheels. Poor mattress. Toilet in mbr needs new seat. Old electric stove. S/ have at least one recliner. Couches were very soft and low, not easy for old folks to get up. Great view of course.
