“So much thought and detail went into making this condo a perfect vacation spot! The unit was very clean and well-stocked and the new furnishings were very comfortable. The location could not be beat as one is not far to Indian Wells, La Quinta, and El Paseo. Great dining options nearby and the view of the Chocolate Mountains and the golf course was beautiful. Mia did a wonderful job of promptly communicating with us and making sure our visit was perfect. We highly recommend this property!”

“The pictures in the listing are not the exact room you get. This is located on the second floor of a three story building. So you hear everyone below you and above you. LOUD! Also the room wasn’t very clean. Shower floor was dirty and the places was dusty. There is a fireplace there but it is permanently broken. Even had a sign on it saying it is not working. Location is good and plenty of things to do at the location. Just not worth the nightly charge and service fee. Also, checkout is 10am,……

“Property great! Cleanly, spacious, awesome accommodations! However, upon check-in front desk said stay was 4 days, not 2 and that credit card would have to stay on file. Upon letting property management team know, they said you could stay for 2 extra nights for free due to mix up. Therefore, left personal items and valuables in room to gather in afternoon while still leaving on 2nd day only to be called (in the middle of an event) to say that security would be entering and removing our items.……
