Monterey Country Club: Golf Course with Mountain Views!

  • Come relax in this spacious desert oasis with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and your choice of 30+ pools.

    The living room boasts high vaulted ceilings, flat screen tv, fireplace, and a large wrap around couch. From the large South-West facing patio you can see the San Jacinto mountain range, palm trees for miles, and local plants and animals that gather near the water feature. Enjoy the views and watching the golfers while grilling, visiting, reading, or sipping on something delicious and refreshing!

    Bedrooms: Down the hall you will find both guest bedrooms adorned in Desert decor and both with queen beds. Rest comfortably in the Main Suite with its King bed, tv, and en suite bathroom and walk in shower.

    Washer and Dryer are off the hallway.

    Kitchen: Dining set, utensils, pots and pans for ease of everyday living.

    Golf cart available for an addition cost. Reach out for more information.

    Will consider potty trained pets. Contact us regarding pets.

    Tenant will be requested to sign standard vacation renter agreement before arrival.

    Local things to do: The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Shopping and dining on El Paseo. The Palm Desert Aquatic Center has slides and a large lap pool for a small fee. Sunnylands Botanical Gardens. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Agua Caliente Casino. The Street Fair at the College of the Desert, every Saturday and Sunday.

Beautiful large home

Beautiful home on the golf course. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The property has 37 pools! Enjoyed the hot weather and spacious accommodation. Very responsive property manager.

Great area, close to so much.

The house is nice and comfy right on a golf course and a pool within walking distance - definitely better than as described on VRBO. In a gated community, so we felt very safe. Close to all sorts of shopping. Jim, the property manager was very responsive and so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Worked out well

We were attending a family gathering in Palm Desert and this home was close by the home of our Aunt. We checked in at 4pm but the gate attendant didn’t have our name on the list. I called the owner who was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. We were able to then access the house and get settled. It had everything we needed as far as bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities. The living room and bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cooking appliances, spices and condiments. The heating was easy to figure out and worked well during the chilly nights. The golf course view is lovely and sunset is gorgeous from the living room, kitchen or patio. There is a grocery store and some restaurants near by. All in all it was exactly what we needed
