Fully furnished. Cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, sheets, towels, internet, APP TV, Netflix, Amazon. Cable TV negotiable. Guests may use the swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, BBQ, and pool lounger areas. All amenities are accessible to our guests.
Furnishings in photos may change if prior renters have caused damages and the host needs to change items for new renters. Guests may not cook foods or use cooking methods that may cause lingering smells in the home (i.e.: kimchi, heavy oils, curry, etc.). Cooking certain items will leave smells for months and due to durations between guests, cooking these items can result in guests not being able to stay for their booked period of time due to smells. There is an outdoor BBQ. There is an electrical usage cap of $75 for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October. Any electrical bill over $75 for the listed months will be billed to guest via a VRBO money request. AC will be required for July, August, September due to very hot desert temperatures. $300 utility deposit is collected at booking for summer months.
