AVONDALE GOLF CLUB is perfectly located to enjoy the best in entertainment, sporting events, shopping, and dining in the area, all within a 15 to 20-minute drive. Including high-end shopping and fine dining at ‘The Shops of El Paseo’ (the dessert’s equivalent of Rodeo Drive), The River shopping center has many cafes, restaurants, and movie theaters and thriving Downtown Palm Springs. The area is a golfer’s dream, with over 100 courses.
It is important to us for your stay at our home to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. AVONDALE GOLF CLUB is situated in a residential community where it is essential to respect all community members. No loud outside noise is permitted after 10:00 pm. Violation of this will result in a $1,000-$5,000 fine will be levied by the desert cities for breaches of any ordinances and the possible forfeiture of the remained of your lease without refund. We ask our renters to be considerate of the property and its neighbors.
CLEANING: Mid-stay house cleaning is available. And can be arranged at $300.00 an occurrence.
AGE REQUIREMENT: We require that the primary booking guest be at least 30 years of age.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the garage.
UTILITIES & POOL HEATING: A separate $1,550.00 monthly Utilities & Pool Heating Deposit is required via credit card, Zelle, or Venmo and paid directly to the owner per the Guest Agreement. Any unused balance of the Utility & Pool Heating Deposit is refunded back to the guest.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation, with the deposit being refundable up to 60 days before the guest’s arrival date.
HOUSE AGREEMENT: House rental agreement must be signed to complete the reservation and gain access to the home. The owner will send the agreement for digital signature. By placing a reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our house agreement posted on the VRBO website.
GOLF: Golfing privileges at the Avondale Golf Club are optional. They do offer a monthly country club (golf/tennis/dining/fitness center) membership.
