「Service was great. Property needs a refresh. Not like the Hyatt Place hotels we are used too staying at. Dark and room had an ordor. Stayed one night. Pajamas smelled like hotel room when unpacking. Not a great experience. 」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「They welcomed our pets (for a fee). I appreciate the dog potty area and for providing bags and a place to put the waste. The hotel was clean and so was our room.」

「If you’re thinking about staying in Lakeland, stay here! It’s close to everything, just a few miles to Joker Merchant Stadium, and Cheddar restaurant is in the same parking lot, it is delicious. We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints/problems. The hotel is so clean, smells so fresh, rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and clean, staff were all nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious-not your normal free hotel breakfast. The pool and workout areas were also very nice. The best part is...

「The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned.」

「Not much to complain about. Great location, with easy access off the interstate. Room was quite spacious and well appointed. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again when in the area.」

「Maybe we got one of the older rooms. The cushions on the sofa should have been tossed years ago. The bathroom is extremely dated. Old caulking and the old style shower surround really need to be updated. Breakfast is about as simple as it gets. Nothing to write hime about. For the money if it fits your schedule the Staybridge Suites have it all over this joint.」
