Fabulous family Mother’s Day weekend!

How is great although a strange smell is present in the tv room. Scented candles needed to fix the smell, but otherwise very nice house.

Overall, the stay was good. The cleanliness of the outside spaces was not great; tables and other areas were not wiped down. I need to contact the host for the entry information, e.g. code. Once I called, they were pleasant, but it would have been better if I had called earlier prior to our arrival.

Girls Trip

This was a girls trip for 4 long time friends. It was amazing. The house is as beautiful as the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and I appreciated that the rental company provided some toiletries and other supplies. The neighborhood is stunning and perfect for morning walks. My only notes for future renters would be that one of the 4 bedrooms has a bathroom across from it, not en suite. And one of the bedrooms is really small with almost no storage.

Girls weekend

The house is in an amazing location! It was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The pool area was beautiful and the management company was extremely responsive. We had a few issues that, if addressed this house would be fantastic! The internet is not good, even with the new password the management company sent. It only works marginally in the main room of the house. This was frustrating as 3/5 of us did have computer work to finish during our stay and were unable to do so. The new password that was sent worked well enough for our phones, which did not work originally. The pool was very dirty and not cleaned until two days into our stay. The screens to the pool are very old and do not open and close well. They could use some attention. The toilet in the master did not flush well. There was a terrible smell upon arrival and we had to light multiple candles that we bought for two days to get rid of it. All and all these are really small things that did not overshadow the good things about this property.
