Great Property, Spotlessly Clean, Friendly Owner

  • Via Jacques will be your Palm Springs home away from home. Mid century indoor/outdoor living design by Meiselman, thoughtfully updated in 2013 with a nod to the mid-century/Palm Springs modern aesthetic. Via Jacques boasts a large swimming pool with built-in spa plus unequaled views of Mount San Jacinto. Full poolside bar and lots of places to lounge in the large back garden. All of life's necessities like wireless internet, full laundry facilities, barbecue, home security system and garage with Tesla charger.
    3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room sofabed to accommodate an extra guest or two. Please note I'm only allowed a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children under age 12.
    Enjoy cool desert nights by the indoor fireglass fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Private, fully fenced back yard. Covered patio. Mature fruit trees and lots of palm trees.
    Racquet Club Estates is a quiet neighborhood about 1 mile from downtown Palm Springs. Welcome to Via Jacques!

We had a wonderful stay at Susie's house! Most notable: Susie is an excellent host - when I asked last minute about feather free bedding, she went out and bought pillows to make sure I had what I needed. In terms of the house, it was nicely appointed and outfitted with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Last but not least, the pool and hot tub were fabulous!

Fabulous stay!

The house was exactly as pictured, and the yard was amazing. Great location for doing things in town or heading out for a day trip. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Susan was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Amazing Palm Springs House

This was a perfect backyard oasis - pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! The house was perfect for our family of 4 for a relaxing and fun weekend in Palm Springs. The location is also fantastic we were less than a 5 minute drive to every restaurant and store we wanted to go to. The house had absolutely everything we needed to have several dinners at home. The views from the backyard are stunning! Lots of spaces to lounge outside and take in the beauty!

This property is our go to when in Palm Springs. Susie is excellent to communicate with and the house is clean, and well equipped. The outside is private, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Palm Springs is always a family favorite, and this home was everything we could ask for in a home away from home. Our host was responsive and helpful, and was able to turn the pool a little warmer for our 3 yr old and that made all the difference in the world. The kids spent 7 days swimming and jumping in the pool, it was fabulous. Close to grocery, restaurants, tram, airport, super quiet neighborhood and we loved every minute of our trip. House was great, all the amenities, great A/C, TV options, no complaints! Will be looking to return next year!

Everything You Need!!!

The property comes as advertised. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a memorable vacation in Palm Springs. The check in process was easy and Susan was able to accommodate our family with an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The home was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, towels and pool floaties were available, no need to bring your own. The pool side bar was a nice touch and served as a great place to keep the drinks cold and mix up a margarita for happy hour. The pool, spa, fireplace, hammock lounge are the show stoppers here...the outdoor living space is amazing. We enjoyed spending mornings, afternoons and evenings in the yard. Grocery stores (Albertsons, Stater Bros), Starbucks, a few restaurants are within walking distance and if you have some time, the walk to downtown will take you about 30-40 mins. Great location in a quite and safe neighborhood! I would recommend this space for anyone looking to get away with their family for a few days or weeks!

The property and location were even better than expected. The home is mid-century modern and tastefully decorated. The outdoor area is exceptional, with four distinct seating areas: a fire pit, lounge chairs, a dining table, and a covered patio. There are lovely mountain views from the pool and back garden, complemented by beautifully landscaped grounds.We spent time in the heated pool, the hot tub, and took day trips to Joshua Tree, Desert Palms, and spent time in downtown Palm Springs.
