Amado Mio paradise.

This is a lovely home. Sleek and stylish inside, great artwork, comfortable beds and excellent A/C. Outdoors, the 12 foot privacy hedge surrounding the yard was beautiful and functional. The lap pool and spa are perfect for relaxing. This home is just as described and you won't be disappointed. Contact with the host was quick, smooth and easy. and you won't be disappointed.

Location, great vibe, peaceful...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From securing the deposit, communication with Robert from the day we arrived until leaving, was very professional. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining, laundry facilities were great, the bedrooms were comfy. The peace and quiet of the outdoor pool area was wonderful. Incredible location to downtown and surrounding communitites. We enjoyed retuning "home" each day. Cons: need more outlets for charging devices, master bedroom bathroom toilet had flushing issues, bottom sheet in one of the bedrooms had several holes in it. Overall though, we couldn't have been happier.

Great communication - house needs a refresh

The property manager could not have been better. Great, friendly, timely communication. House had good selection of cookware and glassware. Pool and outdoor area was great! House was a bit grimy and condition of floors and furniture needs a refresh for the price. Bedrooms were fine - pillows and mattresses were really good but bedding was a bit worn out and ready to be replaced. TV was hard to operate and remotes were dirty and need replacing. Super convenient location. Stay here for the pool, hot tub and location. 6-7 out of 10. Property management was a 10!!

A Month @ Amadomio

We had the best time staying at this house. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave, we could have moved in. We loved the layout and the furniture/decor. Check in was seamless, Robert was so communicative and thorough and we got to check in early. The property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. It was quiet, the backyard was shielded from the wind. The saltwater pool was divine. They had so many pool floaties which was fun. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked vacation properties we’ve been in. We can’t wait to come back.

Very comfortable house overall. Well equipped and clean. Furniture in living room was a bit worn. Nice pool. Very private yard. Very pleasant neighborhood. Baths are not well ventilated. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the staff were great. They accomodated our late arrival.

Lovely PS Getaway

We Keep Coming Back!

Exceeded our expectations

We have stayed in many rental properties in Palm Springs and I have to say this particular home was by far our favorite! The modern architecture and design inside really captures the beauty of Palm Springs! The house isn’t big but lives and feels much larger than it is because it has a stunning wall full of windows to the pool area! The property management was so great with communication and the set up at the house with robes, slippers, note books and such made the home feel so luxurious! The pool is perfect for play or lap swimming! We will for sure be coming back to this house! We loved it so much we are currently looking for our own modern oasis to buy!

Beautiful, Mid-Century Modern home

Both the home and property are lovely! Inside and Outside could have been featured in Architectural Digest. The decor is both comfortable and stylish to the era of the house. The kitchen was very well-appointed and functioned nicely for preparing meals. We loved all the glass in the living areas; we could look out to the pool and see the mountains off in the distance. It's just a spectacular view. Our host, Rob, was charming and offered many suggestions for eating out. Any questions we had he was able to answer within a reasonable time frame. We would gladly come back to this property.

Far from Exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a longtime visiter to Palm Springs, maybe I have higher expectations than most when it comes to property rentals. This rental was mediocre at best. The pool was murky and green upon arrival. And although there was lots of communication from the property management person ahead of time about how the gardeners had shown up that morning and trimmed the hedge around the pool (dropping leaves, branches, and dirt into the pool in the process), in the end I was left with a pool that was unusable on day 1 because of the chlorine and cleaning that it required. In addition to a dirty pool (that never completely cleared up over the course of the next 4 days), the patio furniture and lounge chairs that looks pristine in the photos were in fact dirty and stained with, you guessed it, tree sap and more dirt. The entire back yard looked dirty and dusty - from patio furniture to dried up lawn, to the sad half trimmed hedge. Hardly what I had expected. Inside, things were slightly better although the AC thermostat had a note indicating that it could not be turned below 76 or it would "break." Good luck in the heat of the summer! The master bath had water stains on the ceiling and a light fixture that was crooked and a light that flickered constantly. The couch had pet hair that had not been properly vacuumed. Clearly the owners are trying to emphasize a mid-century aesthetic, but the overall impression was sad and broken down. The bed was comfortable at least. The final piece to this underwhelming rental came Saturday afternoon when the bridal party next door began playing music creating noise pollution. Hats off to PSPD for shutting them down. I appreciate the communication from the property management company, but no amount of texts and apologies could make up for the disappointment I left with. For the price I expected a more professional and buttoned up rental.

Palm Springs Perfect!

Idyllic mid-century, stocked to perfection with everything you need in a working kitchen. To our happy surprise, there were TVs in every room! Rob from Relax Palm Springs was an attentive, amiable and a gracious host/property manager. Perfect long-weekend vacay! Can't wait to go back and relax in Palm Springs!

First time to Palm Springs. This house was perfect - tastefully decorated, patio with pool and spa was great. Beds are very comfortable, linens are nice. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances and dishes. Made it perfect for us, who love to cook. There were issues all week with the pool and spa working. Rob was very helpful in trying to get the issue resolved and was apologetic for the issue. Hopefully the issue gets resolved for the next guests, because it really did take away from how great everything else was. Communication with the Relax PS team was exceptional, I’ve never felt more informed before heading into a rental property.
