Luxury and completely renovated 1 level 3 bedroom home ( sleeps 6 ) in sought after Indian Wells loc. Located just 20 min drive from Palm Springs Int'l Airport this home is centrally located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Short distance to World Class Golf, Tennis, restaurants and shopping. Please note that we manually add to your quoted rate the cost of utilities and pool heat. The utility fee will not show up on your booking and will be added based on the duration of your stay. Pool heat cost depends on the time of year.

The home has been stylishly equipped for your luxury holiday enjoyment. We also boast a lovely private pool and outdoor hot tub. To compliment you will also find an Outdoor Fireplace too for enjoying evenings in the private fully fenced back yard. Stylish outdoor patio & pool furniture compliment the lovely landscaped private gardens.


Stylish decor throughout. We are located just 2 min from the Intersection of HWY 111 and Eldorado. Indian Wells is located between Palm Desert & La Quinta golf communities. Los Angeles just 2 hrs west, Disneyland is 90 min and San Diego is 2.5 hrs all by car. This is a 1st class home to enjoy your Desert Vacation.

Additional features of this home include a fabulous kitchen ideal for the gourmet cook! Gas BBQ, Inviting Hot Tub perfect after a round of tennis or golf . Two outdoor showers of which one is completely private off the master ensuite. The gardens are all beautifully landscaped and the location is private and quiet. This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.
What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.

A Little Slice of Heaven
We had a wonderful stay (July 2021). Andrew’s property is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located off Hwy 111 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s the perfect location for R&R. Golfing, vintage shopping, museums, and a few great neighborhood bars only minutes away. Cozy home with a large pool, great for families and entertaining. My only suggestion is to replace some of the “older” and well loved cooking pots and pans. For a one-month stay, I went out and purchased my own so that I could fully enjoy the chefs kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again.

Great House, Great Location
This was our first time staying at Andrew and Jill’s home in Indian Wells, and we loved it. The house looked just like the pictures showed on the internet. The backyard and pool were fantastic. Amazing saltwater pool. Location, Location, Location. A vacation home or a permanent resident, Indian Wells is the place to be. Very centrally located, very quiet neighborhood, and spectacular views out in front. Great place to walk or ride the bikes that are available to you around the neighborhood. Joe was great, and very quick to respond to us when the air conditioning broke, We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks again Andrew, Jill, and Joe for a great 6 weeks even with record breaking temperatures in June. Thank You

Wonderful stay in Indian Wells
Andrew’s place is perfect for a relaxing break, with everything you might need. I loved it so much I extended my stay to 5 weeks! It’s clean, comfortable, wonderfully located in a quiet neighbourhood and is as great as it looks in pictures. Definitely a place you’ll keep coming back to. Thanks Andrew.
