Wonderful stay in Palm Springs

My family had a wonderful stay PS Citrus! The backyard was definitely a highlight with the pool, hot tub, and games area! We spent many hours swimming and playing. The house was very clean, and easy to settle in to. The property manager was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

We spent a long weekend at this house with two teenagers. Everything was super clean, well stocked, comfortable, and stylish. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were amazing. Would rent again.

Cute MSM

Super cute with an excellent backyard. Spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy. Great location. Very close to airport which could be a draw back for some due to plane noise. Didnt bother us though. Only issue we had is when the sprinklers run the pipes squeal and one of the toilets runs. Stephen, the property manager was great...very responsive.

Pool Was a Hit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was cute and somewhat cozy. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. My granddaughters loved every minute outside. When we arrived we found only 5 hangers in the whole house, but our host quickly brought us more. He expressed the fact that the last people in charge fell short. Beware, the marble floors inside are very slippery when wet. We put towels at the sliding door entrance. The pool deck is also very hot from 10:00 on. Make sure to wear shoes. The living room couches are not comfortable, they are mostly for giving that 70s vibe to the place. One last thing, most pillows had no cases on them. That is something that needs addressed along with the severe lime deposits on the walls next to the waterfalls coming out of the jacuzzi into the pool. Deposits were on the tile throughout the pool, as well. The house has lots of potential for future renters. They must update the pictures to be more fare. Everything in the backyard has become faded and things are broken. The lounge chairs need cushions for sure. Very uncomfortable. I would rent here again if these issues were addressed.

The pool and spa were perfect, house was clean and communication was great. The spa wasn’t working and there weren’t ping pong balls available when we arrived and both were fixed within a very short period of time. Only downside for future renters is there were no extra sets of bedding or throw blankets available so if you need extra blankets or want to get cozy on the couch, you’ll need to bring your own.

They responded quickly to our issues and made the necessary corrections. That being said ( of no fault or theirs) the house itself could use a refresh. The location is great , the back yard is very nice but the inside , for the price was disappointing. The pictures of the property mat have been a few years old now and were not exactly representative of the current condition. An interior paint job and a good cleaning is in order. Water damage from roof leaks were evident in a few spots , fortunately there was no rain during our stay. It is a great mid century home and we had a great time there but in my opinion its time for the owners to reinvest into the home to bring it up to the standards necessary to warrant the rental price.

Beautiful PS HOUSE

We loved our family time in this home—perfect size for six people. The property is listed precisely how it was described in the listing. Perfect family retreat

The property is even better than advertised. The home is spacious for 4 adults and the backyard is an oasis. The pool and whirlpool are surprisingly large, clean and warm. We enjoyed picking our lemons and limes off the trees and the other backyard activities. We will return!
