Spend slow mornings right outside your bedroom door on the shaded garden patio, quiet afternoons swimming beneath the palms, and warm evenings dining and lounging outside beneath twinkling lights.

The house has everything you need to enjoy a life of desert leisure, just a few minutes drive from downtown PS.

Our home is made for indoor-outdoor living, making the best of what the warm desert clime has to offer.

Wake up and step directly into the peaceful garden, where you can sip your coffee under the shade of the pergola and our mature ficus trees. Designed for all-day relaxation both indoors and out, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax and unwind, from the outdoor lounge and hammocks to the oversized indoor couches.

TVs in every room allow you to cozy up to your favorite shows from the comfort of your memory foam bed. If a natural view is more your vibe, enjoy the sounds of the desert songbirds and watch the hummingbirds flutter around the flowers while you sit in the shade below an umbrella, float across the pool, or have some fun with our putting cups.

Did someone say happy hour? Pour yourself a chilled glass from the wine fridge, or mix up a summery cocktail at the dry bar. Pass it right from the kitchen to the bar seats outside! Enjoy Palm Springs' stunning sunset skies from your outdoor view of the foliage and quiet.

Prepare your meals inside with our fully-equipped kitchen, or outdoors on the multi-burner gas-powered chef's grill. Don't feel like cooking? Palm Springs' best restaurants are just a short drive away, as is the nightlife, shopping, and entertainment of downtown (and of course, date shakes!)

Enjoy sunsets over the mountains from the firepit with unobstructed views.

Parking:
There is one garage space, one driveway parking space, and free street parking in front of the home.

Other notes:
A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED by The City of Palm Springs and will be emailed after reservation is confirmed. This must be returned and signed before or at check-in by all adult guests. Only 6 guests and 3 cars are allowed, with the daytime max for visitors being 10. Main guest must be 25 or older to sign the agreement and provide photo ID. Main guest must also be present at the property for the duration of the stay. The city has also banned any outdoor amplified music, so no speakers of any kind are allowed outdoors (aka no pool parties!). Even indoor music should not be audible at the fence line. PS has a dedicated line for neighbors to call and complain, and violators get a hefty ticket. Our neighbors are great and we have not had any problems with noisy renters, but please be aware that Palm Springs takes its quiet neighborhood vibes seriously!
