“The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! I……

“Great Stay! Went on memorial day weekend and it was perfect! Liked the complementary waters everyday in our room. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair so soft, Great quality. Like the swim up bar it was quite nice. The crowd was not old not to young not to many kids. The fact that I could walk to the beach was a plus and it wasn't even a long walk from my room to the shore it was max 5 min. Definitely will come back!”

“Nice place in dorado PR. Lots of locals in the hotel which made it very busy and difficult to find beach chairs. Otherwise it was good the bartender in the happy hour could have been a little more friendly. Make sure to have water shoes the beach has lots of coral and rocls making it a little rough.”

“Before booking this stay based off of reviews I was very excited . After booking this stay the reviews I had read made me very nervous. AFTER staying here for my 35th birthday I was very pleased with everything . The rooms were clean and well maintained, we did not hear the high way traffic , pool was wonderful though I didn’t go in I laid out by them . Pool bar was minimal but served its purpose. Breakfast was very basic ( very minimal but did the job for a snack before we started our day) Pool……

“The best thing about the hotel is the swimming pool. We had to change rooms after the first night because the toilet would not work properly. Also, the a/c in the room was very weak, the bathroom is minuscule, no hair dryer in the whole hotel, very poor lighting in the room and the bathroom. In the second room we had to get maintenance to fix that toilet also. The whole room needs a paint job. There are cracks in the walls and there is a piece of glass missing from the bathroom window that……

“Clean room , very nice for the price . Beautiful outdoor bar area , pool and hot tub were my favorite , staff was very kind from coming in all the way till we left. Walking distance of beach , Walgreens and souvenir stops. Amazing stay , will definitely be coming back !!”

“Great stay ….. room was great with ocean view … 1 day was upgraded to suite room with full ocean view .. staff was kind and helpful .. accommodated in every way possible . Definitely a 5 star property . Beach in walkable distance from the same hotel building and pool for kids / adults / pool bar / hot tub /pool . There is small casino inside the hotel . Restaurant and room service all are top notch and prices are very affordable for the food .”
