The window was broken. The room walls are piled. Looked like some remote field place. I don’t understand how come Expedia has business with such a poor facility. “Our housekeeper, Veronica, was always very attentive, ensuring that our room was immaculate, restocking our daily coffee supply, and providing fresh towels when needed. The staff in the buffet area promptly replenished everything at the bar, and they offered a wide variety of breakfast options for the family. “We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. ”

“Great location. Beach is right across the street. Once you get there you just have to show your room key and you get free chairs and umbrellas. Pool is also a nice perk. Seating is really comfortable and the pool itself was nice (water was pretty warm). The bar by the pool is convenient for drinks and bites. Room was small but nice. Breakfast each morning was pretty great. Eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and bagels. Made it really easy. ”
