Absolutely amazing

What a gem of a rental! It was just me, my husband and our 16 year old son for a week vacation. I really feel like we hit the jackpot finding this place! The pool area is like a tropical oasis! We spent so much time just chilling there. The home and property were perfect for us! The neighbors were so helpful and friendly too. We had zero issues. Only good, relaxing vibes. Highly recommend and if we ever come back to the area, will certainly book again! 10 out of 10.

Great stay! House was in impeccable condition as listed in the listing. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Communication with the property management company was great. The pool was in wonderful shape, the kids enjoyed it daily. Location is amazing. Close enough to all the beaches but also quiet enough to enjoy some peace and quiet

Peaceful Retreat

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, fab pool! More house than we needed for just 2 of us but so affordable, who cares? The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful landscaping, nice side streets for walking and no bugs with that great cage around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you!!

Hurricane Milton

Checked on Saturday Oct 5th and on Sunday the 6th we had a mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Milton so we left early Monday morning October 7th we i spoke with Gulf Coast property management on Monday morning i let them know that we had to evacuate the property so i asked if i could get some money refunded since we had been there less than 48 hours she told me no that i didnot get the insurance but i feel in this case with the hurricane and we had checked in to evacuate that they should have worjed with me sommoney was

Let down

We chose this property because we wanted to be decently close to busch gardens and stay somewhere new short drives to beaches if we wanted etc. Main thing we looked for was a decent pool. The pictures make this place look awesome, and there were several things that were done well. The house itself was clean, the property looked nice. However, the pool was nasty. There was an issue with the pump not working, it took them 2 days to get someone out there and then they basically just showed up and left. Pump still wasnt working properly and didn't clean the pool. Had to keep reaching out repeatedly to get updates or help with it. Finally they came to clean but did a half ass job and left a good amount of debris just sitting in the pool and spa. House has a lot of potential but the property management group the owner has currently was poor and obviously the pool issue was a big downside for us since it was basically all we were really lookong for in a rental house and it was basically useless for half our stay and then even after that we had to clean it ourselves to use it. Would not recommend. Honestly I likely won't be using VRBO again all together.
