「No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need.」

「We booked a family room and on arrival, there was no room available as another guest had extended his stay. Staff were very helpful and we were put in a small windowless room. The aircon worked well but the room could have done with a clean. We were moved to another room the next morning only after I insisted that I wanted a room I had seen vacant. 「Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. 「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. 」
