"Room was clean."

"We requested a pet friendly room so I was not expecting it to be the highest of quality to be honest. But what I received was even worse than anticipated! The toilet was not even connected to the floor, it wobbled all over the place. The tub was so old and grimy I wore flips flops in it to shower (for my own safety). Upon arrival, the first thing I did was put a small bowl of water out down for the pup. I grabbed a towel to clean up the water he splashed and the towel was black! I have no idea how long it had been since they mopped that floor. My socks were black from walking around. The bathroom floor has mud on it. No joke. I grabbed some TP to clean it up and it wiped right up. AGAIN - proof they don't mop the floors. I was disqusted with the cleanliness."

"The photos is the add are very misleading. There is an outdoor pool but everything else was not there at all. Once we arrived there were signs up that they were doing a remodel to add a bigger pool but, no tennis court, basketball court or anything shown in the photos. Also it stated there was a restaurant in the resort, this also was not the case. Breakfast was basically a continental breakfast that was extra. There was no coffee at the time and when asked they said they would take care of it and 20 min later I was still waiting. The staff was not wearing any gloves and the woman cleaning the tables actually wiped her nose the same towel she was wiping tables with. This was unacceptable."
