“The listing is accurate and communication was great. They even left us a nice welcoming note. What the listing doesn't mention is, the sunrise in the private backyard is excellent. Lots of trees and nature sounds. Very relaxing. This place would be great for a home base to enjoy the finger lakes region.”

The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

“Our Seneca 7 team stayed the night before the race. The cottage was perfect for our group to share dinner Saturday night, get hot showers, and enjoy a great night of sleep. “Property holds true to its name. The sunsets were stunning every night. Booked the property for the peace of mind of a fenced yard with a dog, who enjoyed roaming around but we would have appreciated the grass cut prior to our arrival. Overall it was a great, peaceful stay we were comfortable, the fire pit was enjoyable and it’s super close to dog friendly vineyards and the state parks.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”
