「I wanted to stay in the room. Two days after I sent a message, when I had to check out, I was told that there was no room. Parking was not allowed at the street gate on Thursday morning, and I received a ticket from 7:30 a.m. When I checked in, I was not reminded that I could not park between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. After the feedback of the problem, the customer service did not reply.」

「The family came together in Chicago from several different locations for an overdue family trip. The location of MultiManor was quaint and close to everything we wanted to do. The carriage house itself suited our needs and surpassed our expectations! We hated to leave. We had the very best experience! Highly recommended 👍」

「Loved staying there . Super clean and quiet as far as neighborhood. I would point out the wall may be a little thin, you can “ hear your neighbor sneeze or talk” pretty clearly . I’m just pointing it out if you are sensitive to noise. Other than than, a lovely place to stay.」

"地點方便，有免費的水可以裝，免費洗衣及烘衣。唯一要抱怨的一點是Club Quarters Hotel跟the River Hotel其實是同一間hotel，但是卻有各自的check in櫃檯。晚班櫃臺人員只有一位在Club Quarters Hotel櫃檯，the River Hotel櫃檯沒人在，見我們大包小包進去卻沒積極協助，要開口問才知道可以找她check in，服務態度需改善，除此之外一切都很美好，有機會的話會再次入住。"
