“建築和天然景觀非常的棒，但團客太多很吵雜，餐廳用餐區桌子密度太高。而且房間 mini bar 只有飲料没點心也没水果，大型飯店有寶石商店卻没有零食小賣店，餐廳點心和輕食選擇也少，所以最好自備些點心以防肚子餓了没什麼東西可吃。”

“Overall，it was a terrible experience. We stayed there for just one night this time. When arriving with my friends at the hotel, a girl asked us to sit down at the lobby and wait for checking in. So we did. My understanding was that she would bring all the paper forms to us for filling in. Then she came and asked me to go to the counter, which is about 30 meters away from where we sit. “Had a fantastic time at the Jetwing Vil Uyana, the accommodation was excellent and the staff could not have done more for us. The hotel is in a secluded location, in a managed jungle setting with abundant wildlife and is within easy reach by taxi of Dambulla and Sigiriya. The food was excellent and served in a picturesque dining area overlooking the lake. We had an extremely relaxing three nights and would thoroughly recommend the hotel to others. ”
