Check in was easy. Condo was nice. A bit older and needed some updates but lived the location. A few recommendations for the next renter. 1. The sleeper sofa is so UNComfortable! It needs to be replaced as the mattress was too then and I am pretty sure the frame was out of wack. We ended up sleeping in recliners. 2. They do not give you a blanket or comforter for the sleeper sofa only the sheet set. We had to buy bedding. 3. The oven door will not open all the way due to the refrigerator blocking access. 4 Air never did get below 72 but that was okay for us. The room had a dehumidifier which helped the slightly musty smell. Maybe replace the rug (stained and dirty) at the front door and provide a rug when coming in off the beach, tile floors are nice but they can be slippery. We liked the price and location and felt safe. Overall a good stay.

Air conditioning unit continued to malfunction at least once a day causing a big headache.. Parking and wrist band fees tacked on to all the other mess of fees bringing the cost up.. Main pool was closed half the week causing overcrowding in the pool.. Not what I expect when trying to have a relaxing vacation.. Would not stay at Sunbird again.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation, the problem is your president. As a Canadian, I will be boycotting visits to the USA while he is in office.

Sunbird 102e

Details of property not accurately provided in details. One pool on the opposite side of property was slightly heated no heated spa as in description. Pool right by condo is to cold not heated as described in details of condo. Cleaning of the condo is not done accurately the floors was dirty there was stuff under tables left from previous occupants. The balcony the was/is still property of previous occupants was not cleaned . The details of condo and property is accurate would have not booked this condo if known the was no hot tube or appropriate heated pool

Birthday Beach Trip for our son

Let me start by listing the Pro’s- we had a great time on our trip, the beach was beautiful! The check in process was smooth, & communication was good. The location of this condo is perfectly set, it’s directly next to the pool and beach access, kid friendly for sure! So nice that the kids can go swim right outside our doorstep no elevator hassle! The king bed was SO comfortable, always grateful for a good nights sleep!! Now Cons- the SMELL of garbage is potent by the front entrance, the smell of air fresheners inside the unit trying to cover the smoke inside was evident, the air purifier didn’t help much. There were cockroaches everywhere outside and found 3 alive inside. There were several broken items upon arrival (blinds, lamp, missing sheets) but were all fixed the 2nd day. This area is not my favorite, since beach is public, many homeless ppl slept on the beach, but didn’t bother anyone. Overall, my kids enjoyed their time, but we wouldn’t stay here again due ultimately to the pest problem and trash smell. It’s unfortunate because this location is prime!

Porque por equivocación rente un cuarto y no me devolvieron mi dinero quise comunicarme y nadie me daba respuesta o una solución así que no me gusto ni el servicio porque en la aplicación ay un precio y luego te hacen una fila de limpieza taxes en fin de 109 llegó a 428 más lo que pague protección y todavía pague por la aplicación expidia no súper mal

Great location

Clean and neat but rather small. A few minor issues but were attended to quickly. The TV didnt work when we arrived (there was a note it had been serviced by maintenance. They came out next day again and it worked for a bit then quit again. I didnt contact them again about it but there apparently a TV issue. I did not like that you only can park 1 car at the location. You have to pay and park 2nd car in a second location that is NOT walking distance. That was very inconvenient. The condo is right by pool and beach access so that was very nice. Overall we were pleased but i would prefer something larger next time. If it is just a couple it would be ok but we had 2 teens to sleep on couch and it was very cramped. I have stayed in nice sized 1 bedroom condos but this one is definitely a smaller one so keep that in mind when booking.
