Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seaside!

This Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 full bath Townhome on 30-A in Seacrest Beach, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, has been totally remodeled with quartz countertops, and new exquisite tile showers in all 3 full baths, new appliances, backsplash, freshly painted, and new flooring. Your pool is right out your back door, (shared with only 8 units), and a dedicated beach access for the Arcadia owners right across the street just a one-minute, 50-yard walk!

The furnishings are all brand new! This Upscale Property with too many upgrades to mention!

Sleeps up to ten guests. On the first level, guests will find the spacious master bedroom King suite, which opens up to a covered porch, and its newly remodeled full bathroom. There's also a Family bedroom with a custom-designed Queen/Full Bunk bed bedroom - and a second, full bathroom on this level. The third bedroom is on the second level, where you'll find a New Queen-size bed and mattress with a shared bathroom. All beds and mattresses are new! There's also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. In all, 8 guests will sleep comfortably in this spotless new home.

25th anniversary celebration
I got home today from my week at this property and was so sad. My family and I had a wonderful time and we have no complaints about the house or it’s location. It’s convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The beach chairs were set up by a sweet young man for us daily and that was a nice feature. The house itself was well equipped with everything one could need and very clean. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner had a 3 ring binder organized with anything and everything one might need to know….necessary codes, restaurants and their menus, rainy day activities, locations of items needed for families with little ones, and exactly what to do upon your departure. The lock would not work and I was able to text the owner. He responded quickly and had it repaired. It needed new batteries. He was most helpful. We have absolutely nothing negative whatsoever to say. Beautiful home in a magical place.

Great Time at a Great Place
This was our 3rd year on 30a and our 1st in O’ Happy Days. Had a wonderful week with great weather. This property is very well stock and is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, about 2 minutes. Access was super easy due to the great communication from the owners. Would definitely stay again and recommend to someone looking to stay on 30a!

Words can not do this place justice. From everything provided by the lovely hosts, to a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and last but not least the location! Kenny and Rosemary are such wonderful hosts. I really appreciated the little extra touches from beach towels, ocean and beach toys, and more. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Place
This was our first visit to 30a, but we thought the location was great! It is nestled between some of the busier towns, making it quiet, but easy to get to the hustle and bustle when you wanted to. It was a quick walk to the beach so, though we brought snacks and drinks, it was easy to come back for lunch and/or the bathroom. There are many stairs to get down to the beach, but this is the case all along 30a and were not an issue for us. You must cross 30a to get to the beach, but there is a crosswalk and everyone stops for you. The chairs set up on the beach and the bikes for use were both great. The pool is shared with 8 units and only twice were there other people there with us. We had an appliance issue and the owners were very attentive and were able to quickly have it resolved.
