Sugar Beach Retreat, Condo D14 is located on the ground level of Sugar Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. There is a $35 fee for each parking pass. Beach Service with 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas are included in your reservation from March 1st - October 31st. Extra beach chairs are also provided for guests to use in the condo. Dogs under 15 pounds allowed with photo approval!
"Sugar Beach Retreat" is a newly remodeled, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo perfectly located on the ground floor of the Sugar Beach Resort and professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Park in front of your unit and walk down a few steps and you are inside the condo. This condo is only 80 steps to the beach, 40 steps to the pool! From the modern kitchen to the new furnishings, you have everything you need. Ground floor condo means no elevators & gives you immediate access to the tennis courts, pool and beach. The kitchen has all the small and large appliances you need to make breakfast lunch or dinner. There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private patio and enjoy the views. The open concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable furniture & a Smart TV for evenings inside.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a new mattress (2023), Smart Tv & en-suite full bath. The Guest Room has a Queen bed, Smart TV, and its own en suite bathroom as well. The living room has a new Queen sofa sleeper allowing this condo to sleep 6. Free WiFi & full size washer & dryer included in the condo.
Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern-end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf front pool, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! You’ll be surrounded by local eateries and entertainment within walking distance including Hammerhead Fred’s, Longboards, Hershey’s Ice Cream Shop, Ms Newby’s, and the new location of Tootsies. Also close by is Pineapple Willy’s, Wonderworks, Ripley’s, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Signal Hill Golf Course, Slingshot and Indy Speedway, Coconut Creek Putt-Putt and Gran Maze, and Emerald Falls Putt-Putt and Racetrack.
Pet Policy:
We are pet friendly, but prior photo approval is required. Guests must agree to the HOA pet rules and policies prior to booking. Additional fees may be charged by the owner for damages or accidents that require further cleaning, repairs, or replacement of any kind.
Note: The HOA requires vaccination records & charges $80 for 1-3 night stay and $150 for 4+ night stay, paid upon arrival.

This condo has a combo regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.
2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach Service with 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas are included in your reservation from March 1st - October 31st. The condo also provides extra beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board & other beach toys for guests to use as well.
Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
