Great Birthday Weeked Getaway!!

We had an amazing time in this house!! The space and accommodations were great. We cooked a lot and We loved availability of all the kitchen tools! The heated pool was a hit for our kids. Didn’t want to leave!!

Great stay on Clareon

This house was great! The management company was incredibly easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and beautifully updated, and the pool was just perfect. Our kids loved the bunk room and thought it was so cool that they got to sleep up there. The house has been updated very nicely and everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked; the only thing we could have used was a pitcher for our lemonade, but we had everything else that we needed. The insulated mugs and towels waiting for us upon arrival was a nice touch! The pool area was perfect and relaxing. We spent most mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. The beach is about a 3 minute bike ride straight down the street; super easy! We’d definitely stay here again!

I’d choose your back up option

First it started with me calling the rental property to get info on where to rent a golf cart, etc. to find out they don’t allow golf carts in our are (Panama city beach) so we paid the extra fees to ensure we flew into Panama to be close to where we were staying. Only to find out when we arrived golf carts were allowed and it was smack dab in the middle of the two airports. When we arrived at 9pm the day of check in, every door was unlocked to the property. Along with the power not working upstairs. Once we fixed the issue, the lights were flickering, this was in the kids bathroom, which of course terrified the children, leading them to sleep with us every night. The bathrooms weren’t clean. There was a wet rag in the middle of the shower, mirrors were dirty and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. Following by the cleaning lady knocking on the door right at 10:00 (check out time). To spend that much money and not even have a grace to get out of the house with 4 kids & the house not being rented the day after -they reached out letting us know we could have a discounted rate which is how we knew it wasn’t rented the next day. All in all the property is great, it’s the property management that is absolutely terrible.

Vacation

This was the perfect property for our stay. We wanted a pool in the back yard for our infant because we knew we weren’t going to be at the beach all day. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. The only difficulty we had was getting into the house. The keypad is on the door in the backyard. Overall this property was great. I would stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay, with two families in the house. The kids loved the bunk room. However, placing the key code on the back door is inconvenient for frequent entries and exits. Without a key you have to lock the doors from the interior and leave from the back door. Most of the rooms don't have blackout shades so if light in the morning annoys you bring a sleep mask. The upper bunkroom has a glass door with no curtains so that will influence your bunking guests to wake up early, but there's also a loss of privacy up there at night.

Great Home for Two Families!

We just finished up our trip and we had an amazing time! The house was great and worked so well for our group! The location to the beach was amazing (highly recommend rented bikes as it’s less than a 5 minutes bike ride to the beach). The pool was an amazing and I’m glad we had the pool heated during our stay. It was perfect for late night swims for the kids. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be back to this area again!

Wonderful Stay!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay at 398 Clareon. I don't even know where to begin with this review as everything was perfect. The house is very clean and well set up. The kitchen was fully stocked and the refrigerator even had a water/ice machine. The showers had multiple sprayers!! I never wanted to get out! The pool was heated which was so nice because it was tad bit chilly outside. It felt amazing. The house just felt clean and well taken care of!! The staff was so attentive to anything we needed! One thing I would recommend is putting curtains in the upstairs double door windows and it can get pretty bright there in the morning and you don't have much privacy in the evening. Book this house now, you need not look elsewhere!!!

October 2020 Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this sweet charming and adorable house! It is very well decorated and so quaint! We can't wait to go back! Outstanding customer service as well! We rented a golf cart for the beach and so glad we did! It was fun to cruise around town in and carry all of our little guys goodies to the beach. One thing... The beach has about 40 steps down to and they are fairly steep. So be safe with kids especially! Always love going to 30A and this charming house was A+++!

July 2020 Stay

We absolutely loved 398 Clareon! The house looks brand new with stainless finishes and clean white walls and counters. Everything is high end and very clean. It had plenty of space with beds for everyone. The kids have the entire upstairs with a full bathroom and 7 beds and hang out area!! With two king suites downstairs, this house could easily accommodate two families. My only suggestions are to rent a golf cart since there is parking for bikes and carts but not car rt at the entry to the beach. It's tough to lug stuff with kids and walk half mile each way. Other suggestion is for Oversee to add a curtain to block out the french doors to upstairs balcony. When the sun rises early, all the kids are awake bc there is no curtain. Other than that, a perfect stay, and Oversee is a fabulous company. Can't wait to stay again!!

Our stay at the Clareon home could not have been better. The home was very comfortable and great for a family vacation. It's location to the beaches and many restaurants was wonderful. It is in a perfect area. Easy to access and provided great access and views of the PCB Walton beach (30A) areas. This certainly would be a repeat for us.
