Overall we were satisfied with the property. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a dresser or something to put your suitcase on and some hangers in the closet. It was our first family vacation in 13 yrs. We had a great time! We celebrated an engagement and a 5 yr cancer free. We would book this property again!

Our unit could’ve been cleaner and the furniture was dated and not in the best shape. Majestic Towers are in a good location and there was plenty to do. It was quite enjoyable waking up with a beach view while drinking my coffee.

This place was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 9. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pools were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Management was great at responding quickly to any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

1st day upon arrival. The room was nasty. We had to have house keeping come vacuum and they had to mop twice. As to when we first walked in the bottom of your feet would be nasty black. There was open tarter sauce containers on the couches not to mention big, greasy stains on the chair. The kitchen table was so wobble. You could not use it. The lamination was peeling off several cabinets. Some closet and other doors were mussing knobs. There was vulgar , terrible things written on some of the inside of the closets and refrigerate. The coffee pot didn't work. On day three the master shower was leaking through to the room below us. Had to come off the beach two days in a row to let maintenance in to try and fix it. Mean while telling us not to use the shower. Like we have not been on the beach all day. I would highly not recommend this condo or ECDI. And will share my experience with others to warn them. This stuff was known dats before are departure. With no interest in making it right.

Great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at an EDCI managed condo at the Majestic Towers. Location was great and accommodations were perfect for our family. My parents, 2 young kids, new born, and 21 year old nephew all had a good time and were comfortable in the large unit.

The room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a grrat stay and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that there was some confusion regarding the parking registration as we did not receive the email beforehand to get that done prior to our arrival.

Property was as listed. Great location and views from the balcony were awesome. The dolphins greeted us each morning. Host was quick to respond to everything.

Beautiful place, but communication was awful.

The condo was very nice at first. The icemaker and water did not work on the refrigerator. The twin bunk bed had sand in the sheets, and the threshold was broken going into the master bath. I reported this all on the first day. I told them I would wash the sheets. They said they would inform housekeeping and maintenance. On the 4th day, maintenance came in the condo, unannounced to repair the a/c that was dripping down into the condo below us. They never calles to say they were sending maintenance up. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a hump in the middle of it. We asked for a late check out on the last day, and they said we could with no fee if we gave a 5 star review. This is not the review they are expecting. We checked out at the regular 9:00 am check out time. There is plenty of room for family, and the condo is located in a great spot, close to the elevator and pool. I feel this would have been a much better stay if there had been better communication

We overall had a pretty good stay. The room was not quite as I expected. The floors were dirty the furniture was very out of date and no blinds on the balcony door. But the rest was fairly nice.

Great View & Beach Access

Room was perfect for 10 people. Stay was comfortable with a great view and easy beach access. Perfect for what we wanted. A few minor things need fixed but overall I will look to stay again.

The condo size is nice. Actually 3 bd and a little bunk room. 3 full baths. We do not go to the beach to stay in the room so this condo was ok for us. However some may have a problem with the dark areas on the trim by the floor. They obviously had hurricane damage and painted over the stains. Didn’t smell moldy or anything. My main issue was the dishes were filthy. Every pot or pan I pulled out felt like it was caked in grease. The cookie sheet was awful. AND there was no balcony furniture. 4 chairs and one was not useable. No side table to put your coffee or drink. I usually sit outside and put my make up on but no table. If you have trouble walking then this is not the condo for you. It takes at least 20-25 minutes to go to your car. The parking garage is across the street and is a long haul. No quick runs to the store it takes at least 40 minutes to and from the car. Our stay was ok. Lots of folks as they had record breaking crowds this weekend. The elevators we always full but that is not something anyone can do anything about.. it was actually nice to see folks traveling and getting out. We were made to leave our last trip to the beach in March of last year when they closed for the pandemic.

Majestic Tower 1 Unit 402

I rated the overall stay a 3 star due to many issues we had with the unit. First off we rented a 3 bedroom condo and the rental company nor the Majestic staff could provide an extra parking sport for our 3rd couple on site. I would suggest that if you as a property owner offer a 3 bedroom unit you should also include an addition parking pass making the total parking spaces equal to the number of rooms, even if this requires an additional fee. Next when we arrived check-in was pushed back 2 hours via an email I received the morning of check-in. The email stated the extra 2 hours was to ensure proper cleaning. I really had no issue with this except that we couldn't even walk bare foot throughout the unit without our feet almost instantly turning black. So to say the unit was spotless clean would be misleading. This unit also funnels in all the noise from dumpsters that are emptied every morning at 7:15 a.m. I think that majestic should change the trash route timing so that the dumpsters aren't being emptied at 7:15 a.m. This woke us up every morning, and I assure you we weren't the only unit that heard this unnecessary noise. The pictures on the booking site must be from where the unit was fairly new. All the furniture except the beds are completely worn out, the kitchen cabinet doors are on the verge of falling off, the central bathroom has had a toilet leak for quite some time causing the floor and toilet to stain, and the Main TV wouldn't turn on. I contacted the majestic maintenance crew and they had the TV replaced within 2 days of our 6 day stay. The toilet had still not be address as of our departure. I only write this review to help the property owner and the management site handle these issues. I tried to be as accurate as possible. I wouldn't waste my time to write a false review. Again thanks for the opportunity to stay at you property and I hope this review helps you make necessary changes to ensure great stay for your tenants many years to come.
