Taking the massive stone staircase up the second floor, you enter into the main family living room with large flat screen tv, and balcony access where you can enjoy views of the gulf and overlook the beautiful pool and courtyard area from the other balcony. The gourmet kitchen with large center island are perfect for preparing your family`s meals and entertaining. The adjoining dining room seats 8 and also has a private balcony to look over to the gorgeous water views. Down the extended hallway lined with more gorgeous views of the emerald green waters, you will find 2 more spacious king bedrooms which share a full bathroom with walk in shower and dressing room. Following the winding stone staircase up the third floor, you will find a double glass doors entering into the homes gym which includes a treadmill, fitness bike, yoga mats, exercise ball, tv and surround sound. the 2nd laundry room and additional half bath. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so more travelers can come and enjoy all 30A has to offer. Unfortunately, a side effect of this growth is construction and all the things that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their vacation. As construction is outside of our control, we are not able to offer discounts or compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest`s stay.
