Great condo!
My family enjoyed staying here. This was our second time at Seachase and we love it. Very quiet and family friendly. The condo was very clean and kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

Million dollar views!

Lovely beachfront condo
This condo was lovely, with a great layout. Having two master bedrooms was a plus for our group of two couples. Everything was neat and clean. Superb view of the gulf! Beautiful beach! Condo is close to many restaurants and stores. The owner/host was so terrific…..quick responses to our questions and very helpful.

I stayed with my elderly mother and my 7 year-old daughter. Communication with owner/property manager was excellent. The property was very clean. There was never a long wait for the elevator, and there were plenty of luggage carts. The carpet looked new. There are 2 large walk-in closets that are not shown in the pictures. These were very nice for additional storage of luggage and clothes. There was also pantry space in the kitchen and closet shelves in the bathrooms. It was awesome having a washer and dryer on site! The view of the beach/ocean was worth a million dollars! Every room had a phenomenal view! The balconies from the bedrooms aren't true balconies, as there isn't enough room to stand on the balcony space (probably just enough room to wash the windows). However, the main balcony is huge and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and watch the waves roll in. The condo complex is small, and the pool area is gated. The beach was never too crowded to find a nice spot next to the water. Parking was never a problem. There was one restaurant within walking distance. There are a few shops across the street. Being on the west side of town, this condo is away from the hustle and bustle of the main Panama Beach area. It was quiet and perfect for a family. It was everything we could've asked for!! We would definitely recommend this condo. It is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Thank you for allowing us the privilege!

Very nice Displeased the bedroom doors to balcony didn’t open that’s the main reason I booked because it had bedroom balcony doors so that was very disappointing Main bedroom had ants on night stand And the towels they give you to use I hate they weren’t out they were under sink we looked in shelf too late n had to buy towels unnecessary waste of money otherwise those my 3 complaints.

SeaChase is in the process of replacing all of the windows/doors for all of the units. The issue of the doors not opening will be resolved when the new materials are installed. The entire building has monthly pest control, but we reached out to the company to request a re-treat due to the rover ants you saw. Thanks for letting us know about them! I've asked the housekeeper to relocate the towels, but I'll also add a note in the check-in email on where to expect them so no other guests will have this issue. We appreciate your feedback!

Great condo! Even better location!
This was our first time staying in this condo & hopefully it won’t be our last! We love the west end of PC, so the location was perfect. Fifth floor provided awesome views from every room. Elevators were fast so that was never an issue. The only minor issue we had was with parking. We have a roof rack and could not park under the building. So we had to rely on parking in one of the limited uncovered parking spots on the property. It was only a problem once during our stay. Otherwise everything else was great & we hope to be back again next Summer.

PCB vacation
We had a wonderful stay at the Seachase resort! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The beach wasn't crowded and being on the west end of PCB, there was much less traffic, yet it was still convenient to get to Pier Park. Jennifer was gracious about allowing us to check in a bit early as they didn't have some checking out the same day. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent rental unit. Very clean. The main bedroom is a queen, not too big of deal but expected a king. Beautiful view. The blinds were a little worn and if touched, they fell. Otherwise, great!

Overall we loved the room and facing the beach was a plus. The only issue was in the master bathroom there was hair left in the sink and in the shower. It looked like someone just got finished shaving and washing they’re hair.

Beautiful Place But….
This place was beautiful! Very clean. Parking is horrible. Small spaces. Communication was great with property manager. We did not have parking passes in condo when we arrived. She got them to us the next morning. We did have issue with no bed sheets for fold out sofa. When we discovered it that night it was really late. We did not call manager. We just ran to Walmart right before they closed and got sheets and blanket. We did not have a full roll of toilet paper or paper towels in condo. We ran out the first day. No trash bags either. I understand it said they only supply so much, but not even a full roll. Also they wouldn’t refund money spent on sheets bc we did not leave the sheets at condo. I get it, but it would have been nice. Lesson learned for us to call any time of the night and not worry about bothering them. This is their job to take care of these things. Other than that we loved the place. It was really really nice.

Exactly what we were hoping for
This rental had everything that we needed away from home! The unit was very clean and the views of the ocean from every room was a bonus. There are not that many units so the beach is not crowded at all. The only issue we had with the unit was the dryer was not drying the clothes. We contacted the owner and she had a repair man out to fix it that same day. However, he left the door unlocked when he left :( Also we had the noisiest neighbors all around us! From a baby crying to what seemed a dog being locked in the room all day and barking nonstop from below. However, the owner is not at fault for others. Overall, if we ever came back to PCB, we would love to stay here again and hopefully have quieter neighbors 😎

I LOVE that SeaChase only has 64 units. The beaches in front of the high-rise condos are ridiculously crowded! It makes me so thankful for only 8 floors! Glad you had a great stay!

We loved it. I would have liked better reading lights in living room. But it was great to have small sizes of cleaning products. Amazing views. Loved the fresh carpet. Have stayed in such apartments around the world and this was one of the best. Panama City has been ruined by over building but you will not mind staying here.

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect for us. I would have like to see the condo a little cleaner and the living rooms blinds a little easier to work as well as the sliding door but overall the weather and week was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!
The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It is stocked with all of the necessities and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed being on the quiet side of the beach, but of course still close to Pier Park and all the shops. The views from Sea Chase can’t be beat and the floor plan is great because it allows for more privacy since the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit. That is perfect if you are an early bird like me but don’t want to wake everyone else. Overall this was a wonderful condo and we are excited to plan our next trip back to Sea Chase.

Great condo on West end of PCB!
We discovered Seachase a few years ago and have been staying there since. In the past, we rented through the Office but booked this one through VRBO. The only drawback is paying in advance of the reservation dates. We bought the insurance but don't like paying in advance (in case of unexpected event). Seachase is very convenient for activities on the West End. I've vacationed often in PCB for 50 years, and this is one of the top properties!
