Great condo!

This condo is one of the best that we’ve stayed in. Lots of space, clean and great location. The beach and pool area were fantastic! We’ve already talked about returning!

Absolutely beautiful!

This condo was beautiful!! Very clean, and plenty of room for us all. We loved the location right down from Pier Park and a short drive to the local Walmart. Melissa made the check in process very easy and provided all the information we would need before we even got there. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Condo on the Gulf Coast

This property was the perfect place to stay with family. It has 2 masters and an additional room with bunk beds and a queen. The youngest kids really loved the bunk bed! The property was clean and very comfortable. The best part was the large balcony and views of the ocean. There were 2 pools so plenty of space for the kids to swim. We would definitely go back!

2024 Family Beach Trip

Beautiful & Relaxing

This condo was everything advertised and some! It was so clean, you would think it was brand new. Being able to go right into our unit without having to stop and check in was convenient. The view was spectacular! We spent every evening on the balcony enjoying the scenery and sounds of the ocean. We had another family that stayed with us and there was PLENTY of room for us all, even with privacy when needed/wanted. The pool areas we're so nice and relaxing. If/when we go back to PCB, it will definitely be at the Aqua Resort.

Beautiful place

This place is at a great location. The only problem we had was the blinds in the master bedroom would not close all the way. Also There is so much light that comes in, u can’t sleep in late. Other than that the bunk room is awesome. It has a lot of sleeping space. Chair service is always appreciated. The view is fantastic. Unit is provided with brought utensils for cooking

Can’t wait for next year

The condo was as advertised. It was clean. It had everything you could possibly need to cook with including pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of glasses and dishes. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The elevators were kind of slow but nothing that would keep me from booking there again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice!! Everything was pretty much as shown in the pictures. The only thing we would have wished was the balcony was a little bigger, especially the table out there. We loved sitting out there with our breakfast, and getting everyone around that little table was a squeeze. We would definitely recommend and keep it in mind to go back in the future.

Property manager

Melissa and her colleagues were very accommodating before and during our stay. They were very quick to answer text messages and phone calls during our stay. We were missing some linen and Will ran out one morning and dropped some linen by our condo. The condo complex was in a prime location along PCB beach. Recommend updating beach access to make more handicap accessible. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Aqua resort.

Memorial Day weekend 2022

What a great trip! Some friends of ours own at Aqua and encouraged us to come spend the weekend in PCB. We had not been in over 15 years. We made the best of our short trip for sure. We never pulled the van out of the garage once we got there. A great variety of bars and restaurants were all within walking distance of the condo. The condo itself was top notch. The management team could not have been any more accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Great condo

This condo is very clean & comfy beds plenty of space! The cook-wear sucks so bad! All the food we tried to cook ended badly! I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.. Stove didn’t work to good as well,needs appliance update! Other than that everything was great!!!

Great condo! Hall bathroom needs some baseboard work. Fan in living room did not work, but Will and ? Came to replace. Decided we did not need it. Melissa and other lady were SO helpful. We will be back!

Two months of easy living
