Need to do maintenance on property.

A lot of eye sores. Many of the wall hanger are falling out of the wall. The doorbell was coming off the wall as well. The fan in the main area was very dirty. Base boards coming off the wall. In the bedroom is a hole in the wall with tissue paper stick inside itVery much need to be renovate.
