Property was great. Had a problem with the patio door being too hard to open. Managing company responses could not fix the problem until the last day we were there. Very dissatisfied.

Best Vacation in a long time!!

This was my first trip solo with 5 kids and my sister stayed in another room with her 3 kids. 2 adults and 8 kids- I was terrified! Our room was amazing. It was the perfect fit for my family and there is so much space. We cooked in every meal and just enjoyed family time. There was an issue with the beach chairs and within an hour the rental company reached out and resolved it for us!! I highly recommend this unit!

Nice place

This place was nice and as advertised. Bunkbed is not recommended for kids over 8. The bottom mattress is sunk in with hard sides. No one would sleep on the bed. Ended up with 5 people in the kind size. Online communication was quick with issues. Communication was confusing, I left a message upon booking and Matt was great and called me, however the day before checkout i received an email stated opposite information. Left us confused and assuming it was auto sent. Listing is through an agency so you will be blasted with overwhelming amount of emails and text once you click submit. Even purchase emails.

Fall Break

The resort was exactly as described. We were there the week of October 8th and all amenities were open! Our unit provided two beach chairs and an umbrella for the week which was great (rental cost was $40 per day). Unit was exceptionally clean and space was perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. Close to Pier Park and many restaurants. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

On the beach condo

The instructions on the portal were subcard In regards to the check in process.. We arrived late and expected to be able to purchase our parking pass but the front desk was closed. I had a hard time getting ahold of somebody from real joy. We luckily found a security guard who told us that we could purchase it the next day. When i checked my email the next morning, it looks like a rep from realjoy contacted VIA EMAIL to return my calls. A little frustrating. They say they had a starter supply of some things and they werent kidding. The cleaning supplies were dirty and made it hard to keep floors cleaned up from sand. The condo itself was nice except the couches and chairs were dirty/stained. Beach service was included and would have been nice if they could put chairs closer to water or if ppl didnt set up their personal chairs between us and the water. Beach view was beautiful Pool and splash pad were great I dont know if we woupd stay at this place again because of the communication line and the stained sofas/chairs. I do recall a text coming but it was an automated one saying "hey how are ya" but if i wanted to respond i would have to send it to another number. Just weird.

Nice updated condo. We would stay here again . Only issue was the washer quit working, maintenance arrived and was not fixable. It was over 15 years old and should have been replaced long ago, as washing towels etc is a must. They did provide laundry service after I called again, because no one followed up about the issue.

Beautiful Condo, perfect for small family or couple

Stayed for six nights for spring break with my husband, five year old, and one year old. The condo was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful - we loved how thoughtfully it was decorated and that it fit the surroundings so well! The bunks in the entryway were an interesting challenge, but we made it work and when the kids were sleeping, my husband and I sat out on the amazing balcony and the white noise of the ocean kept sound from waking the kiddos. The property, Splash, was fantastic for kids - lots of pool options and having a coffee shop and pool bar on site was a nice perk. The beach was perfect, and thankfully this unit came with a couple of beach chairs - be sure to go down and reserve your chairs right away if you want to be in the front row! The appliances in the condo are all new and worked great (friends of ours staying in a different unit at Splash had older appliances and weren't as happy with their operation). We wished there were more restaurants/shops/sights within walking distance, but then again after driving through the busier parts of Panama City, we were glad to be on the quiet end of town. We would definitely return and encourage friends with littles to stay here as well - it was the best vacation we've had in a long time! something to note: -we didn't feel like there were enough pillows on the king bed... discovered as we were packing up the room that there were spare pillows in the bedroom closet... oops!
