The property and room were in relatively good condition. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The beach was nice other than being right next to a storm water drain into the beach. We didn’t regret the stay, but would not choose it again.

The place was clean and very nice.

The view was beautiful from this room of the beach. We saw sea turtles, sting ray, dolphins, and catfish from the balcony. The room is very nice and beautiful stay.

The property was ok. The sunsets and beach were beautiful. Shuckums was excellent!! The property manager Vacasa was terrible. Our check in was not good their customer service was not good. We will never book with them again. Our dates were 10/9/24-10/14/24.

Great location, good property. Handfull of little items need attention. Leaking faucet and light bulbs not working. Emailed about issues. Got reply 2 weeks after we got home. Road construction in front of garage was an eyesore.

Great location but dirty condo!

We truly enjoyed Sterling Breeze but the condo we picked has some issues. When we got there it was dirty with hairs all over the place, found a wrapper in floor of bedroom, dusty furniture and dirty cabinets. I vacuumed up the furniture and cleaned enough that we could stay. Then we noticed it had a mold issue. Smell was really strong to the point we had to buy allergy meds. When we were out on the beach they called and told us they were at our door to clean it, no warning that they were coming! I refused because all of personal items were out wallet, devices etc. We never heard from them again.

OK experience

First of all we loved the condo itself! The balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. When we arrived everything was clean and ready to use. The down side was that for a good bit of our stay only one elevator was working and we had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be able to get on an elevator that wasn’t already jam packed with people. As I am pregnant we couldn’t exactly go up and down 9 flights of stairs. We also booked the trip for my bday and it just so happens the water was shut off on my bday for about half the day which isn’t the end of the the world but when it comes to taking a shower and flushing the toilets, we couldn’t do. If it wasn’t for those things our stay would’ve been perfect. We’d definitely give it another chance.

Nice but a little dirty

Property is nice. Condo was kind of dirty. Needs a lot of repair gap under entry door., toilets were running, kitchen faucet was leaking, drain in bathtub would not stay open to drain tub.

Needs improvment

Natalie at the check in was so helpful and friendly. Check in is well organized, but a huge hassle if one of the elevators in the building is not working, which was the case about 11 days during our month stay. We experienced long waits and very crowded elevators. We loved the beach and our balcony. The bathrooms and kitchen in the condo were nice, but the living area could use a simple change to make it much more enjoyable. The filthy fake palm tree needs to go, and the huge TV cabinet should be changed to a much shorter cabinet to make room for a small dining table with a couple stools. That would really improve this unit. We really missed having a table. The TV remote needs upgrading. The generic remotes were a pain. Luckily I brought my Roku, which we used for the month. Between the cool, rainy, cloudy, windy weather, and the elevator problems, we would not rent again at Sterling Breeze. We also thought the rowdy spring breakers were a problem, and the construction along Frnt Beach Road was problematic for biking.

View was beautiful, staff was excellent. Would reserve this unit again. 8 years coming to Sterling Breeze and always a cool experience.
