Beautifully Decorated Home with Private Heated Pool Just Steps from the Ocean!

Searching for the perfect getaway to the one of a kind white sandy beaches of Panama City? The Ocean Club house has everything you could ever want! The front door is only steps down to the public access pier that takes you right on to the beach. The backyard has an in-ground heated pool with 9ft privacy fences surrounding you as you swim. The house is located right in the center of all types of entertainment for all types of ages. From restaurants to bars, and mini golf courses to go-karts, and thrill rides to mazes, and scooter/golf cart rentals to surf shops, everything is walking distance from the front door. Stepping into The Ocean Club front door will wow guests with how beautifully the rooms all come together.

-Master bedroom has a large comfy king bed with on-suite bathroom and a balcony looking over the pool
-The first bedroom on the main floor has 2 full beds that can easily sleep 2 in each comfortably
-The second bedroom on the main floor as a super comfortable queen bed and large closet and a walkout to the pool
-2 Bathrooms
-The master bathroom is beautifully re-done with all granite finishes and a spacious shower
-The second full bathroom is on the main floor between the other two bedrooms and has a shower/bath combo
-The main living area
-The kitchen has been completely re-done with all granite counter tops and beautiful long granite bar
-The living room has a brand new huge sectional that you will never want to get up from
-Both the kitchen and living room open to each other to make a huge and cozy room for all guests to gather
-The pool
-The backyard in the perfect hang out space for families and friends when you get worn out from the beach or just need a change of pace from the beach
-The pool is a cement in ground private heated pool that provides guests with the perfect escape from the Florida sun
-The garage
-The garage is fully air conditioned and has two couches set up around a TV and xbox that gives an extra hang out space for families with children or friends with big groups

-Panama City's beaches are known for being some of the most beautiful in the world and The Ocean Club front door is just steps from the public boardwalk access which allows users to travel to and from easily!

-The Ocean Club house is located in one of the most fun areas of Panama City that is designed around vacationers of all ages and desires
-Located off of South Thomas Drive, the house puts you right in the hear of Panama City within walking distance of some of its most fun and famous attractions such as Ms. Newbies Liquor store and Bar, Schooners restaurant and bar right on the beach, Hammerhead Fred's restaurant and bar, The sling shot and vomitron thrill rides, min-putt courses, go-kart tracks, surf shops, Capt. Anderson's all you can crab legs restaurant, and many many more
-Just a short drive to Panama City's Pier Park which is full of shopping, eating, and drinking.

The property is in a good location about a block from the beach with multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was great having the pool for the days we didn't want to load up and go to the beach, not to mention jumping in and relaxing at night. The golden tee game was a lot of fun as well. We highly recommend it.

This property is as described. The beach is literally a two minute easy walk. And as the other reviews have mentioned, there’s SO MUCH beach gear! Oh and the private pool was absolutely wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We experienced the time of our lives for 84 days in this beautiful house. Vinny was fantastic in communicating with us. His mother Stephanie (and father Guss) were amazing as house managers. We felt more like friends than guests. The pool heater gave us a run for our money (gremlins we think.. and it became comical) but issue was resolved quickly. We would love love love to come stay again. This house is a diamond find.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time here! The property was beautiful, and the public beach access was right at the end of the street! Just a short stroll to the entrance. 6 adults stayed here and had plenty of room to hang out together but also not feel right on top of one another. My only tiny qualm was the brightness of the bedrooms once the Florida sun came up, however I’m used to sleeping in basically pitch dark. This didn’t hinder us at all though! Lovely time spent and the owners were very nice and responsive! Can’t wait to book our next stay!

This was a wonderful vacation at a wonderful property! Not only does it live up to its promises, Vincent considers all the “extras” that make vacations wonderful…comfy pillows, beach and pool toys and carriers, games and books, bikes, lots of towels, beautiful decorations, immediate responsiveness and more. Great location! Pool came in handy

I was very excited about the pool with lights for nighttime swimming. Contacted property manager because pool lights did not work. She responded almost immediately. I wasn’t able to have my night swims due to this. It was a deciding factor in renting the home. I was very disappointed that they weren’t able to fix it during our stay. Don’t let that deter you though. Im just a scaredy cat about the dark. ( I have Narcolepsy and causes me to stay in lighted areas. I’m not able to swim in lakes or dark waters.) my husband and kids were able to night swim still. The home location and other amenities were right on point though. Beds were super comfortable. Nice gift basket and pina colada mix was waiting for us. I definitely would rent this home again. The ocean had red flags during our whole stay, so having the pool was great! Home had almost everything you would need. My adult kids loved the game room. This home had every beach toy you would want. Tons of beach towels, beach chairs bikes and beach cart! Best selection of beach things I’ve ever seen

Great location off the main road and close to many attractions but not in the busy area. House is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Beach area not crowded as this is in more of the residential area and not near large hotels. House is very clean, well maintained with recent improvements and beautifully decorated. Everything needed and more is supplied.

This place was an amazing experience! The house with the pool was wonderful! The kids and the adults all had fun playing HORSE and just relaxing in general. The easy stroll to the beach access was great, and everyone enjoyed the gameroom!

Perfect walkability for an amazing recharge from the frozen north. House and pool made the perfect family trip. Home owner was helpful and had everything ready for us to just relax and enjoy. Beach was beautiful and pool was warm.

The house is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay there. Had a very relaxing vacation. Our son and the grandkids really enjoyed the game room. Love the heated pool. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars on cleanliness is dust on parts of the ceiling fan in the Master bedroom and I just couldn't miss it when I went to bed.

Very close to the beach, lots of amenities.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Lots of beach toys, chairs, beach , etc. The interior was tastefully decorated, updated, and clean. Our bed was comfy and the kitchen was big enough for several of us. We did have one hiccup when the air would not cool the home, but I think someone in our group accidentally turned the fan to the wrong position and possibly turned the a/c off. Our host responded quickly and had the HVAC man come out two days in a row, which I really felt bad about because it turned out nothing was wrong with the a/c except the fact that someone turned it down too low for a hot day and didn't have the fan in the correct position...but I was not aware that the thermostat had been changed by someone in our party until after the issue came up. The exterior could use deep cleaning and touch-ups, and the bottom of the pool looks worn and the photos don't really show it, but the pool and the water was very clean. Just some age on the concrete, I suppose. The owner did contact me after we left about 2 issues and I promptly and replied to him with an honest response. I have not heard back and I am assuming all is well. I would recommend this property, as both the host and owner were very professional, the home is nice and WONDERFULLY stocked (thank you!), and oh, so close to the beach in a relatively quiet area of Panama City.

A great house! Owner replies very quickly with all the questions. The welcome basket was also a very nice touch with the clean house. The heated pool was a must we were in it every day! I would highly recommend staying here. Great location, great pool, and the beach wasn't crowded!
