Impressive house and a fantastic stay for our large group!

I can't imagine anything better in the 30a area. Starting with the house itself - a first class property that everyone loved. Then the location - the amenities and proximity to the pool and the beach. If you want something close to the beach, eateries (Pizza by the Sea and La Cocina our favorites), and you don't mind being in a fabulous house, then this is the place for you.

The location is great - easy access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and everything was working as it should, and the amenities like the bikes, local pool & having 30a beach girls deliver and set up my groceries was amazing!! Loved the pool and biking as great alternatives to the beach that was a bit crowded. Highly recommend Hollie and her amazing team and Beach Girls and Boys, we had a chirping smoke detector and had the pleasure of meeting one. (here within 20 minutes of reporting at 7pm)

Beautiful House in a Perfect Location, Amazing company!

We've been coming to 30a for years. This place was great for us: lots of space, super comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, loved the outdoor living area, and an unbeatable location. 30a beach girls is honestly the best group we have ever rented from. They are on top of communication, provide not only a clean home but above par amenities and benefits. We had a free bonfire, bikes, groceries delivered and beach gear. My husband commented more than once how relaxed I was for change instead of trying to coordinate and schedule. We would love to rent this house again and will only use this group for our travels to 30a! Thank you for a great time! Donna, Craig & kids Chicago Il.

Loved every minute

Great house and location! The house was perfect for our group. It was big and cozy. House was spotless and had everything we needed. The bonfire for renting the home was AMAZING!! We would love to return. We walked to see the sunset views every evening.

Incredible planning to check out. 30 A Beach Girls is a vacation game changer!

As awesome as this place looks in the pictures they do not do it justice. The area, the rooms, the kitchen, the decks, the LOCATION— I was in mourning packing up and leaving this absolute dream home behind. We had a full party of ten and everyone had plenty of room, ultra comfy beds, and the best time ever. Well appointed with everything we needed and more, simple check in/ check out. The owner of 30a Beach Girls Holley arranged our bonfire, boil and baby equipment. You couldn't ask for a better hostess, my mother doesn't host us this well! Just perfect from the first call.

Bella Sol Exceeded All Expectations! Highly Recommend!

The house was absolutely stunning. Decorated beautifully with a plethora of high quality amenities. The owners have thought of everything that you might need and more. The house was in mint condition - extremely clean and well kept. They dont skimp on anything. The location is incredible situated right between Alys and Rosemary. We didnt get in our cars once while we were there - just biked and walked everywhere. We will be back. Thank you so much for all the thought and care you put into the house and stay!

Amazing Service from 30A Beach Girls & Wonderful Family Home!

The property itself was very clean, plenty of space and was a wonderful home for my parents, my husband and I and our four kids. We loved having coffee on the deck each morning. It was very close and convenient to everything! 30a bewcahgirls provided guidance and assistance on ideas of activities. They even loaned us extra bikes. We loved everything about this place and would definitely book here again on a future trip back to 30a.

Fantastic, tasteful, luxury, phenomenal managers, vacation rental in prime location!

This house is amazing! Everything about it is perfection. If you could dream up your perfect Seacrest Beach home, this is it. Emily and Hollie with 30a beach girls, are terrific and were always available to answer any question we had about the house before we arrived. While in house they couldn't of been more courteous and friendly and quick to send suggestions and answer questions. If you want a perfect Seacrest Beach vacation home, this is it!!!!

Central location, very nice house

House was very nice, clean. Centrally located to pool, and Tram to beach was very easy to use. Rosemary beach 0.5 miles, Alys beach 0.5 miles, which was great for bike ride. Couple of the bedrooms appeared smaller than images. For the amount of money, I would expect more toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods to be provided. Overall, very nice experience, responsive property managers via text/email.

This was a great house for our families with kids

This was a great house for our families with kids. The house is beautiful and very clean, everything is new and as pictured. The only thing to note is this house is not exactly in Rosemary Beach - it's one town over in lovely Seacrest - which we didn't mind, as it is a 5 minute walk if you really want to be in Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful Home with some caveats

Bella Sol is a beautiful property; the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need for making meals at home if you choose. There are 2 very spacious, master suite rooms, but the 2 other guest room areas are quite small, and the sink in the smallest bathroom is very tiny. The bunkbed room is perfect for kiddos. 30A girls had amazing communication and responded very quickly to any and all concerns. The community itself has A LOT of rules that we wish would have been laid out prior to arrival (the most annoying being that beach tents and wagons weren't permitted at the shared beach space - we had traveled with tents and rented wagons specifically for the beach and couldn't use them). Overall we had a great stay and would recommend 30A Beach Girls to friends and families.

Fun at Bella Sol!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bella Sol. It was the perfect retreat for my husband and myself and our three teenagers. The property is amazingly clean with a well stocked kitchen and all the amenities of home. The location was perfect being just blocks from the beach and yet on a very quiet street. A five minute walk landed us at several restaurants and shopping for any or sweet treats in Rosemary which we frequented every night. The beach was beautiful even though the weather was not the most cooperative every day. 30a beach girls was very helpful and informative. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bike were fun and put to good use! We would definitely stay here again!

Best rental ever

This vacation was among the best we've taken and we will definitely be back to Bella Sol or any 30a beach girls property. They helped me give my family the best vacation we've taken in years! Bonfire, boating, sandcastle lessons it was the best. Groceries delivered. Maintenance had to help with the grill, one text and he was here 10 minutes later. Hollie helped plan the ideal 30a trip! If I could give it more than five stars, I would.

WONDERFUL!!!!

This home was amazing for hosting me and my family. We had 3 generations under one roof with plenty of space for everyone for a special birthday. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything needed to cook and enjoy. The screened in deck was our spot! We will definitely stay here again next year! Call 30a beach girls Hollie, Jada or Kelly they will help you have a wonderful vacation!!!

Amazing stay at Bella Sol!

This was a generational trip for us. We checked the box for just about every age bracket. With 2 large Master Suites it was perfect. The grandparents absolutely loved the upstairs Master Bedroom and they fully took advantage of the private balcony. They enjoyed quiet coffee time among the trees every morning. We loved the downstairs master and the college kids each had their own rooms. The younger kids loved the bunk beds and every room had a private en suite bathroom! That is a huge plus when traveling with a large family like ours! Even the bunk room had its own bathroom. The upstairs patio off of the hallway offers so much seating! We all hung out there often if we weren't in the backyard using the built in grill. This house has so much to offer and was perfect for our family trip. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen. It was so peaceful and amazing to finally go away together after being locked down. Let Hollie and her team book your bonfire- you won't regret it! We absolutely loved this house and plan to come again!

Bella Sol 30A

Our stay at Bella Sol was amazing! This house is top notch and in such a great location. We have stayed in Seacrest before but being on the trail to the pool was so incredibly nice! So easy to get all of our kids to the pool (they loved it and the chicken tenders at the grill)! When you travel with young kids to the beach it can sometimes be a hassle but there's a tram that picked us and the stop is right in front of the house. We loaded up all of the beach toys and off we went! And yes, it's still warm enough to swim in the Fall. Our group consisted of two families with 4 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The two king size bedrooms were great and our shower was huge! The queen size rooms were so cozy and we loved the decor! The two dads appreciated the built in grill too. Check in and out was a breeze and communication was great. We would definitely stay in Bella Sol again!

Fantastic Stay on 30a

We did not want to leave! This was our first time to stay in Seacrest and we were blown away! The house was beautiful and very clean. I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds were! The restaurants and shops are so close and easy to walk or ride bikes to but we also cooked while we were here. The kitchen is well equipped and the large Wolf range was a dream to use! Our girls trip was so much fun and we spent quite a bit of time hanging out at the house and the pool (which is really close). When we did go to the beach it was super easy because it's a short tram ride if you don't want to walk. The tram stop is right outside the front door! 30A Beach Girls got us a cake to celebrate the birthdays in the group too! This was such a great experience and we all want to come back to Bella Sol next year!

Our family had the BEST vacation at Bella Sol! The house was beautiful and the location was just perfect. We had 11 in our house plus another 8 at the house a couple of doors down. Bella Sol's backyard is on the trail, so not only was it really private, but the kids were able to easily run back and forth between the two houses without ever getting on the street. Plus the trail also leads directly to the massive pool! So incredibly convenient! The house had everything we needed and it really made for the perfect vacation. I couldn't get my daughter out of the reading nook- she absolutely loved curling up with a book in there! We rode the bikes everywhere and it was so easy to get to the shops and restaurants! The live music at Peddlers Pavilion was fantastic- we walked there almost every night. 30 A Beach Girls made the process so easy especially with coordinating our two houses. We can't wait to come back and do it all again. We will definitely be returning to Bella Sol!

Bella Sol is a perfect place for a large family gathering or a group of girlfriends like my party! The decor of Bella Sol is a lovely relaxed coastal feel. We each had plenty of room and each had our own en suite bathroom!! We loved that this house offered 4 exterior seating areas, from the large sectional on upstairs balcony for our wine and appetizer gatherings to the built-in grill on the back porch with the private back yard! The location is so close to tons of shops and restaurants we could ride the bikes to them each day. This was our first girlfriend trip. Thanks to the 30A Beachgirls and their professionalism and the great house of Bella Sol, it won't be our last! We are already planning for our return next year!! Wonderful all around!!!

Thanksgiving in Seacrest

Stayed at Bella Sol for the long Thanksgiving weekend and what a trip, and what a place! Very nicely laid out home and convenient to everything in Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Walk or ride bicycles everywhere and never have to worry about dealing with traffic. Home is wonderful and has everything you need. 30a Beach Girls are the best and will most certainly be the first call when booking another trip to 30a.
