You have a spacious living room with a SMART TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
**Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the 1st floor.
**Garage: Available on the 1st floor.
**Back View: Includes a grill, chair, and table for outdoor dining and relaxation.

2nd FLOOR
**Bedroom 1 = Master bedroom with 1 King Bed, SMART TV,private walk-in shower , front street view.
**Bedroom 2 = Master bedroom with 1 King Bed, SMART TV, back street view.

Exceptions may be made with the provision of a security deposit and agreement to abide by house rules, which strictly prohibit house parties.

Great location and amenities!

Mariia’s place was great for the whole family. The kids enjoyed all the games available to play. The location is great as well. We were in town for a baseball tournament and Mariia’s place is in close proximity to the fields as well as the beach and great restaurants. Definitely will stay again when we are back in the area!
