The 1st floor bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk and queen. This room has a 40'' Smart TV to rent movies via Netflix (no cable). You can go directly from the back door to the beach. This townhouse has a covered patio for your enjoyment, with an additional wood patio that runs the length of the property.

The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
