Family Celebration

We rented this property for a group of 14 family members to get together and celebrate our mom. Wonderful home, great location, staff was very helpful. Thinking about booking another stay here! Was definitely hard to leave!

Amazing house, amazing location

The house was perfect for our large group of several families! The location was perfect, steps away from beach access and right off 30A so everything was easy to get to. The backyard has a great set up and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. 360 Blue had clear communication throughout our stay and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. We will booking here for our trip next summer!

We loved our stay, the views are amazing and it was wonderful having your own small pool/backyard retreat to come back to when you're done at the beach. The home was well thought-out with en suites in every room. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great week at this property, and would highly recommend it. 360blue was exceptional, very attentive throughout the process. It was a perfect location, had something for everyone, and the decks, views and amenities were top notch. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful & spacious gulf facing home

The 360 Blue home on 30A was a beautiful and spacious located stone throw away from the beach access path. Open floor plan with an amazing kitchen. Every room on every floor was furnished well. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to allow big groups their space and privacy. Bunk beds on the lower floor (6 beds) and 3rd floor (4 beds) allows for plenty of fun times for the kids. Backyard with grill is a good setup to entertain. Could use outdoor ceiling fan to allow for cooling on warm days. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, cookware and silverware. Bikes were fun to use. Would help to have smaller size options for kids to bike as well. The outdoor swing and porch set up on the balcony facing the beach was very enjoyable. Would help if there were ceiling fans. Understand the need for pool door alarm in the houses, but the button location to turn off the alarm was inconvenient anytime we had to walk in or out. The pool is small and can only accommodate 4 or 5 without being crowded. Overall a wonderful & spacious home. Great location. Can easily accommodate a large group (12 - 15) while giving each one their privacy.

The level of the accommodations exceeded my expectations - beautiful views, within walking or biking distance to everything - shopping, dining or the beach. The fully stocked kitchen and grill made cooking fun. No issues to report, both the property manager and the owner were great to work with. Place would be a blast for extended family gatherings!
