  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The view from this condo is fantastic, and we enjoyed the balcony throughout the day and evening. Access to the beach and the various pools was great. It is somewhat outdated, but we can deal with that. Our only concern was that we felt the property needs a thorough deep cleaning, including under beds and in cabinets. Surface wise it was okay, but more attention to details is needed.

Clean and Comfortable

While not the most up-to-date property, this unit was very clean and very comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues during our stay. The view was amazing and as a corner unit, you get plenty of it! Would recommend to others and would definitely book again!

Beautiful View

Although we could tell this was an older property it was in a perfect location and had breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels/linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need.

50th Birthday

We love Edgewater and the Leeward/Wayward bldgs. The beach is always tolerable even during peak season. It’s never too crowded. The properties boast killer sunsets and ocean views with opportunities to see a multitude of sea life and planes flying by. The condo was nice, but could use a little updating in the bathrooms and the air flow to the 3rd bedroom by the laundry.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach for adults!

Seems all the condos expect you to bring 10 kids with you. They all have five bunk beds or twin beds. This condo is perfect for a couple of adults. There were 4 of us and we all had our own beds(Two had to share a room, and the small bed was a twin). The three bedrooms with a King size bed, and queen sized beds in the other two rooms were perfect. And there are 3 bathrooms which was also perfect. The rest of the condo is really nice. It has a great view right on the beach. The large wrap around balcony on the 6th floor was perfect for watching the ocean and relaxing. Part of the balcony does face another building, but we just didn't sit in that area. We had a great stay. Would definitely return back. The only team I would stay was a bad spot on the property is they don't allow rentals on the property. I guess this time of year they allow you to keep rentals overnight which is pretty cool to let you enjoy them all day and night, and return them the next day. But we rented a Slingshot, and wanted to bring it back and park it on the property while we went to the beach for a while, but the security guards wouldn't allow us to bring it. The said the rental place should have told us. Luckily we were able to park it at the Burger King across the street and come back and get it with no problems. But, that was the only issues we encountered which was no knock against the condo, just the property itself. Overall great stay!
