Welcome to Dunes of Panama B208.

•We are extremely proud to have this newly renovated vacation rental as part of our program. The owners have taken great care to create a warmly inviting coastal vacation rental that we’re sure will become the most sought-after vacation rental in this building. This end unit has an oversized balcony that overlooks the tropical pool and offers you spectacular gulf views as well. This beach place has undergone a complete renovation with incredible touches you’ll truly enjoy – from the ship lap hall to the coastal grays throughout you’ll find an unmatched setting for your family vacation. So, in addition to stunning gulf and pool views this beautiful renovated vacation rental offers many wonderful touches that will make your vacation special: Owner has has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in unit for guest use.

We had a great experience staying in Room B208 at the Dunes of Panama! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated that it was pet friendly which was a big plus for us! The property even had a designated area for dogs, complete with pet waste bags and a convenient disposal can, which made walks with our dog so easy.The walk to the beach was short and pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. We slept great during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for the most part, though a couple of new non-stick pans would be a nice upgrade. That said, we've run into the same thing at other rentals, so it certainly wasn't a big deal.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly place near the beach!

It was beautiful in every way. We love staying at Dunes of Panama and this unit is perfect in every way. Pale blue leather recliners that make you feel special.. The tv went out one day and they had us a new one the next day. We will definitely rent this unit again

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful condo. It has everything you need. The location was perfect. Two pools and the beach are just steps away. The condo was very nice and very clean. We could watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has become our top stay in PCB! The end unit was quiet and convenient and the views were amazing. The pool is closer than what it looks like in the pictures so the kids could swim and could be seen from the balcony. It was very clean and inviting. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We enjoyed our short stay here. Easy walk to beach and nice view from large balcony. Complex seems to be in good shape; great pools. Appreciated the provided beach service. Loved that we could bring our doggy. Unit was clean except for floor that could have used a good mopping--we just wore flip flops or washed feet. Kitchen was fine and all appliances worked well. Nice stacked washer and dryer. Would stay again.

As soon as we got there, after driving 8 hours, we noticed the A/C was not working. It was hot and muggy out and a storm coming in. We contacted maintenance through the numbers listed on the welcome email, text and in the book. And yes, I have screenshots of all the times we called. No one responded. The ceiling fan in the master only goes on low speed too. Horrible! It wasn't till the following day that we reached out via the VRBO messaging that we were acknowledged. After maintenance came, it was confirmed that the entire A/C unit needs to replaced. The maintenance manager, Michael called us and offered to move us but he didn't have any units available, so he said he'd refund us our entire rental, which is the right thing to do. What about bringing us a portable a/c unit too?! But no, we got nothing! We never even received the refund! We are so irate. We were miserable. It was so muggy in there with no air flow. We couldn't sleep with the doors open due to my son's asthma and the first day was a horrible thunderstorm all night. We emailed Donielle, the property manager, when we got home and never got a response. This place needs new management that actually cares and tells the truth. We were so uncomfortable! We even purchased the insurance that you would think covers failure of utilities, but this is through them so, with no response or communication, we didn't know how to use it. Probably staying away from Vrbo's with management companies for now on.

The Dunes of Panama never disappoints. Great pools, excellent staff and our condo was very up to date. The condo could use some better cookware and the master bed needs a different mattress. The condo is very clean and excellent views.

We have stayed here many times, however this time was a little disappointing. The shower was broken. The knob came right off and we were unable to use the stand up shower. There were long black hairs in the bathroom and globs of hairs on the floors. For what we pay for this condo, you NEED a keurig!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Lagoon Beach. We loved the location of the unit and the view was good. The balcony is nice and large enough for a family to enjoy. We loved that we were able to bring our two dogs. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was beautiful. Mostly clean, except for the floors would leave your feet black. We booked through VRBO. We made it to Florida and no check in instructions were sent to me prior to checking in as the email said that they’d be. Had to call and ask for them and they blamed it on the email server but I recieved it immediately once I “called”. When I purchased our stay it said check in time 3:00 PM. We got there a little early, called to ask about early check in they said sure that they’d give us early check in. We waited and waited. 3:50 was “early check in”. Turns out check in time isn’t until 4 but was advertised as 3 on VRBO! fast forward to a few days later, our door code quit working! We were locked out of the condo for hours! Office was closed and we were not getting though by phone. Security told us that had no access to this specific room and couldn’t help us. Someone finally called that night and provided a new working door code. On the day of check out, it was embedded in my mind that check out time was for 11 thanks to the incorrect information provided on VRBO. We woke up to notes on the door, (well before 10am) to “take down our towels off the balcony bc it isn’t allowed”. We had towels on the balcony all week at not once were told anything as so did many others. At exactly 10am there were knocks on the door saying we needed to be out as cleaning personnel was ready to begin cleaning. We told them we would be out asap that there was obviously a mistake with check out time made. Took us about 38 mins to get out. The entire time I was trying to get myself, my 6yo , my dog and elderly grandmother out a rude property manager named Dianne kept calling and harassing me to leave or I was being charged with another night (as If I wasn’t trying to leave). She was rude and tried using a tone with me so I obviously had to use one back with her! She continued to call me after we were out of the condo! I had to yell to explain to her that we were out and her cleaning lady was already in there! She bagan to stutter and proceed to exclaim that “well I just spoke to my cleaning lady and she did say she started”. I then had to ask her ok why do you continue to call me then? She made no sense and I eventually hung up on her. She then tried to charge me with another night! My bank was already aware of her threats and the situation and luckily they would not accept the new charge! Be careful when choosing this company.

Super nice, right at the pools, very clean. Only issue was there was a leak that pooled in the entry way under the floors, they couldn’t find the problem. They did try though. Owner came out as we were leaving to figure out what was causing the leak. This wouldn’t stop me from renting from them in the future.
