不满意：清洁度
This unit was a disappointment. It was not very clean - there was thick mildew on the underside of the dish drainer in the kitchen sink, dirty baseboards, and pink mildew forming on the shower floor. The mattresses on the bed and pull-out sofa were some of the worst I've ever slept on. If you have a bad back or enjoy quality linens, this is not the place for you. On the resort property itself, the hot tubs were cold & non-functional for the length of our 5 day stay. You have to use a QR code to access the pools and beaches, but ALL of the code readers were down, so we had to manually enter a 6 digit code followed by # to go anywhere. The door to the condo itself requires an 8 digit code to open. Be ready to memorize lots of numbers or keep them handy wherever you go. Other than those issues, the resort is overall beautiful, and we had a good time. Our host was very responsive and did offer to have housekeeping come and clean the unit again.
