The 3rd floor was perfect. Parking deck bridge takes you right there. Elevators were never a issue like other places. Great views and enjoying music from Schooners next door.

Great corner spot

This was the perfect spot for our big family. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool. I loved the ease of everything digital, we didn't have to go to front desk to check in. We did have to keep a phone to remember the codes. Sucks that we couldn't get a 2nd parking pass, but we made it work. The corner balcony was amazing and being on the 3rd floor was the perfect location. I will def try to book this room again.

Ladies relaxation trip

Great location & ocean views wonderful. However, bring extra paper towels/toilet paper as not enough for a week provided. No spices to cook not even salt & pepper. Floors were dirty & dust everywhere. Lamps not plugged in.

Great place poor parking issues

Our room was great. It had everything we needed. But when you rent a condo that sleeps 8 - 10 people you should be guaranteed 2 parking passes. All 8 - 10 do not all ride in one vehicle. You have to buy an additional parking pass and then we were told it Would not be good for the last two days we were there. It would be towed if we didn’t move it n So then we have to more our extra vehicle to another lot. Very frustrating!!!

Weed resort

We couldn’t enjoy our balcony because of someone smoking weed. We told the manager on site and she just made out like it could be medical marijuana they was smoking and then she went on to say that it was a smoke free place. She said she would go knock on the door but nothing was done about it. Also all the reviews about the TVs not working well they’re true only the living room tv worked and it would go in and out being fuzzy. Had a radio in the condo well it didn’t work either. The front door was literally falling off the hinges. Other than that it was a nice place.

Relaxing Stay, Great Location

Excellent location on the 3rd floor with parking garage access connected. We enjoyed the ease of elevators, pool, and beach access along with beach chairs included. Beautiful, spacious condo. Our only complaints were there was a leak in the air return closet when we arrived, we immediately notified the owner, and maintenance came…multiple times which interrupted our time on the beach. The only other issue was there was only one lounge chair and a table on the balcony (not like shown in pictures with multiple seating). Overall, we would stay again.

LOCATION! LOCATION!

Superb location!! Walk from your car directly to the room! No elevators or hassle! Amazing sunset views from the wrap around balcony. Music playing from Schooners next door was a plus!! Unit was nicely laid out with plenty of space. Unit could use a little updating but nothing major. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this unit.

The condo is extremely spacious

When we walked in the condo it was break taking because of how spacious it is. As soon as you walk in the condo you have a view of the ocean which is beautiful. We enjoyed staying at the condo in Panama City Beach, Florida and loved the view of the ocean. The condo accommodates the number of people indicated in their rental agreement and I loved the ceramic tile floors. However, we are disappointed that the sink in the front bathroom was clogged. When we walked in the condo to look around to make sure nothing was damaged, we noticed the front bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water. The office was closed on Thanksgiving Day, so we had no one to contact. Besides the housekeepers saw that the sink was clogged, so why didn't they report it to maintenance, since we waited four hours to check-in at 4:00pm? We are aware that check-in was at 4:00pm, so everything should have been fixed and cleaned thoroughly. No excuses since checkout is at 10:00am. We inspected the beds/sheets and in the master bedroom hair and stains were on the sheets, so we washed them again. The pull-out sofa had someone's fingernail or toenail on the sheet, so we didn't use it at all. The toenail or fingernail are probably still in the bed, but we picked up one on the floor that jumped out as we pulled out the bed. We should have taken pictures but what difference will it make? In addition, the beds are horrible in the master bedroom and the twins’ beds are too. We felt like we were sleeping on a hard squeaky box spring. The living room furniture has too many stains, so please cover them or replace them. You did tell us that construction was being completed at the condo, but you didn't say anything about whether all the windows on the east side of the condo would be covered due to construction and there is no view. The master bedroom slide door lock needs to be fixed too. One more thing, the frying pans need to be replaced or bring your own and the television in the front room needs service. Other than what I mention above, I would stay here again if the repairs mention are fixed and housekeeping do a better job cleaning.

Disappointing

The location and check-in/out was easy, but the room it self had a lot of issues. The issues are as follow: 1.) When we arrived the front door was open, but because it was not hanging right. 2.) It did not look to be cleaned. 3.) Dishwasher was left with dirty dishes. 4.) Washer had sitting water and was not working at all. 5.) Queen bedroom ceiling fan lights out, tv was broken and remotes missing .6.) Bunkbed room WOW! The beds were terribly worn out, out dated tv that could not be connected to cable, and remotes missing. 7.) Master bathroom toilet would only flush if you stand holding down the handle. 8.) Paint peeling off the wall in the entry way. I immediately called customer service to report and they said someone would call us. No one did. I reported all the above issues to the office the next day since we arrived after office hours. Jasmine tried to have issues addressed, but not call could be done. It took 2 days to fix most things. They addressed the door as a temporary fix. Maintenance made a comment that they have been trying to the HOA owner to replace the door, but does not want to. The washer was in fact broken, has to be ordered, but would not be replaced while we were there. Both tv's were replaced and remotes, but all other items nothing. I am awaiting a credit that was suppose to happen, but I will be making a call. This location is HOA owned, but I guess rented by Vacasa and I will not be staying at this location again. I hope Vacasa will address the "HOA owners" about them caring for the property.
