Daddio's Cottage on 30A

Named after a warm-hearted grandpa who raised his family with love and laughter, Daddio's Cottage is the perfect beach haven on 30A. A charming Old-Florida-style cottage, this three-bedroom house is ideal for couples and families traveling with kids.

This wonderful cottage has a quick 5-minute walk to the beach with DEEDED BEACH ACCESS, with a fully appointed, newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops. There is a washer/dryer, hi-speed internet, and a great back porch for your morning coffee with a clear view of the swimming pool.

Great location

Family friendly property! Short walk to the beach and perfect spot by the community pool. Everything was as listed/described. I loved all the little welcome packets that were provided for bathroom and kitchen stuff. The back porch was one of our favorite hang out spots. We were thankful for the beach chairs and wagon access. The only thing I might recommend is an adjustable shower head in the front bathroom to help with pressure. Our beds were a little firm for our liking but nothing we couldn’t do without. Would recommend to people coming to the seacrest area!

Perfect!

Best beach house to date (and we have stayed at many!) Great communication with the host. Beautifully decorated, close proximity to the pool, great beach supplies, comfy beds, and a well stocked kitchen. We had a terrific time and will most definitely return!
