Splash 2005W is incredible!!! Very modern and current decor along with up to date amenities. We were overly pleased with how welcoming and warm we felt. Plenty of room for all and the patio furniture is perfect.

this place is very nice and the checking in and out was as easy as it gets. and getting the room for us a night early at the last minute was really helpfull. we are very happy to have found this place and at a great price. thanks for making life a lot easier for us and hope to be back soon.

It was great size of space for us. The balcony was great size. Could use some better patio furniture for sitting. The beds were comfy but not made for short people! Was hard to get in and out of master bed because of the height. The kitchen could use some Help in the accessories. There was part of a blender the bottom part that it attaches to wasn’t there. Wanted to make a smoothie. Plenty of places to put towels and store things in bathroom as far as toiletries. Didn’t bring another garbage bag so we only had one. My fault! Also the dining chairs were bar height which was another problem of getting in and out. The view from bedroom and kitchen living room area was so nice with the big window to see out to the ocean. Was a little loud in 2nd bedroom right beside the elevator. The window was in hall area located by elevator. So not a good view for that room.

The elevators were terrible. We are used to checkout delays due to overcrowded elevators. But a two hour wait was just over the top. The room was decent with a few minor issues such as light bulbs burned out, a queen bed being closer to a full size, and worn couches. They came to paint the ceilings as we were leaving. (Much needed.) The parking was good. Nice view and room amenities otherwise were fine. The property itself (not the room) was not kept up particularly well.

Low review due to when we checked in it looked like the housekeeper came in and literally just changed out the sheets (hoping they were clean)The floors were filthy with crumbs,sand and fingernail clippings. I went and bought what I needed to clean the room. (vacasa did offer to send housekeeping but the job should have been done before we checked in instead of interrupting guest vacation time after check in. The kitchen couters werent cleaned (old spilled coffee stains on them along with crumbs) and the “clean” kitchen towels that were left had an old red sauce dried on them. Bathtub bottoms were so dirty i couldnt tell the tubs were white.( I actually cleaned them with bleach before i let my kids take a bath) The couch needs to be updated or deep cleaned no one wanted to sit on it with all the stains and that is actually your sleeper couch so definitely no one wanted to sleep on it. About 6 different tv remotes were thrown in a basket with loose backs and batteries it was like a russian roulette game trying to figure out which one had enough battery life and figuring out which one worked what TV. Vacasa did send maintnence up the next day after lunch but we had already went and purchased batteries and fixed the problem ourselves.. I have never stayed with Vacasa but HAVE stayed before in other rooms at Splash and have never been this dissapointed on my rental. I am sorry for the bad review but would like others to hear of my experience so they know what they are renting. Pictures can be deceiving.

First, let me say this resort is awesome if you are going with kids. We saved so much money because there was so much for the kids to do here. The condo itself was very nice. Large master bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room. The view was amazing from the 20th floor. My only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t work and it was Labor Day weekend so no maintenance was available to help. We cooked our whole trip so that was a bummer having to hand wash dishes. However, I would still stay at this location again. Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful.

The condo was great. A few minor issues, guest bathroom tub did not drain and behind the toilet it had tons of rust and water damage. It looked almost like mold. The couch looked dirty but we just placed a clean sheet over it to sit. The resort was nice and the beach access was super easy. I would recommend if the bathroom issues were resolved.

I loved this unit. The view from the 20th floor is amazing, right on the ocean! The decor is nice, I loved that there were so many hooks to hang towels and bathing suits on. The resort was very nice as well! The only downfall was the master bathtub would not drain and the shower head had black mold all over it. The floors and rugs were extremely dirty. We tried to clean them a little but didn’t have the tools, so we just wore slippers in the house. A deep clean of the ice maker, and replacement filter would be great too!

Great view! Loved that the unit came with 2 beach chair rentals for the rental time. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils one would need. Great time!

The resort itself was wonderful, parking was easy, and the only time the elevators were an issue was during check in and check out times each day. The beach was perfect and the views from the balcony were just stunning. The condo itself was not as advertised. When we arrived the condo was very dirty and wreaked of cigarettes smoke. The couch and chairs were covered in stains and we had to cover them up with sheets to sit on them. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were stains on the walls as well. I was pleased that the kitchen did have lots of items to use, but I would recommend bringing a frying pan as those were a little rough. Over all the stay was nice but we would not book again. The Vacasa folks did refund some, but not all, of the cleaning fee.

This unit is beautiful! We had to change our plans at the last minute due to Hurricane Sally and we lucked up with this condo! The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of floor space, it didn’t feel cramped at all. We had 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We didn’t really cook in the unit but I did check out the cabinets and they seem to be well stocked with items you may need. We loved having the Alvin’s Island across the street for easy souvenir purchases and the covered parking was a major plus! Thanks for opening up your home for us to enjoy!

View is perfect. Beds are nice/comfy including pullout couch. Super clean and all appliances worked fine. It's the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The unit and resort were great. Tiki bar had really good food. This has become our fav place and I hope it's available next year when we get to go!
