Best condo we have rented

We have came down to PCB since 2018 and this by far has been our favorite condo and Ethan was great with his communication! Would recommend him and his condo any day! We definitely will be back!

This home away from home was perfect. It was very clean, beautiful views and had everything we needed for our stay. Ethann Oldham made our first usage of a VRBO painless and was very helpful. If we were to go back to Panama Beach, I would stay here again. Please, if you stay at a place like this, don't feed the birds off your balcony and pick up your trash off the beach.

Spring Break 2023

The property was exactly as listed. No problems at all. Property owner responded right away. Only issue, which really wasn't an issue, only 2 elevators out of 4 working. They are replacing the other ones, which will be great. Beautiful weather, close to good eating and overall just wonderful.

I can’t say enough about our stay in condo 1128. . It was perfect from start to finish! The accommodations were amazing. The condo was so clean and the communication with Ethann the owner was stellar. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Oversized patio was so awesome for those amazing sunsets we saw. Everything you could possibly need was in the condo. The friendliness of the owner was so very appreciated. I can’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely perfect in everyway!! If your looking for the perfect place to stay try this condo!! Close to shopping, lots of places to eat and of course the beautiful beach.

Great Response Time

The condo was beautiful, however, I knew from the beginning of my booking that it would be a great stay based on the communication from Ethann. We had an incident with the dryer belt and she had someone out the next day. The condo itself was clean, fully stocked with anything we needed and very spacious. This was our first stay at Emerald Beach, we normally stay at Splash. We loved the amenities and area that come with this condo. Ethann has a client as long as she has listings!

Air conditioner noisy

The air conditioner was very noisy could not sleep on the queen bed in the living room. We had to check out by 9 AM not 10 like VRBO site says, and we had to wash the sheets on the bed and put them in the dryer,I’ve never had to do that before we left. No beach chairs like it says in description. Was a very nice view though.

Terrific Location/Beach Front

This was a perfect spring break trip. Perfect location. Walking distance to several restaurants and a memorable vacation. Just note only 4 bath towels were provided for the week and needing washing to have clean supply. Also only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Bring or purchase prior to your stay.
