Welcome to "It's a Wonderful Life!"

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 15th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Two full size beds in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and one chaise lounge. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Unlimited long distance phone service nationwide and to Canada is also a feature of this gorgeous condo!

We had a great stay and will probably go back to this unit in the future.

The unit was exactly as described. It was for the most part, clean and very comfortable. There was an excess of food debris on the couches upon arrival, clearly was missed by the cleaning person. Instead of complaining I grabbed the vacuum and cleaned it up, it wasnt a big deal. The unit was nice and high and we were worried about the elevators, but had bo issues or long waits for them ever. Parking was tight but we never had an issue parking our Honda Odyssey. Pools were a little small but were fine for the kiddos to swim in when we were there. They enjoyed the outside pool more than the indoor/outside pool, even in the rain. Security had their jobs cut out for them. The amount of people that didn’t stay at this property or came to use the showers was mind blowing. We watched security constantly tell people to leave. We also watched them yelling at kids that deserved it. Some Parents have no control or just ignore their kids because we couldn't believe the amount of unruly kids there were doing things like throwing objects or water off of their balconies. Convenient to shopping and dining. I must have went to Walmart everyday and yes, Wally World gets crazy busy there during the day (we expected that so went at odd hours). We decided to extend our stay but the unit was booked and went to Shores of Panama, NEVER AGAIN will we go to that condo. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early which seems to be the amount of time given IF the rooms are reaDy

Highly recommend! Perfect location away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy all of Panama City attractions. Unit was clean and well maintained. Super easy check in! The cleaner forgot to leave linens in one of the bathrooms ( they are human no big deal) Helen made sure we had them within minutes! Will definitely rent again!

Unit was clean. Kitchen necessities well stocked. Excellent blender! Several lightbulbs needed to be replaced (one above the cooktop) and the refrigerator had some items left in it upon our arrival but nothing that impacted our stay. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful host!

I don’t even know where to begin! We had a wonderful stay! The Emerald Isle is at such a great location. Travel time is quick and lots of local restaurants that were a huge hit with the whole family. (Mike’s Oyster Bar and Salty Sue’s) The chairs and umbrella were such a great addition to the stay! Thanks, Helen! We look forward to booking with you again!

THE BALCONY IS AWESOME

We had a great stay and the condo was perfect. We like to cook so I agree with a few other reviewers that the pots, pans and knives could be updated but other than that, it was a great 4 days. Another FYI, the TVs aren’t smart TVs so bring your own devices for streaming. We ate every meal out on the balcony but there was plenty of room to eat inside too. The view was incredible and we even got to see several dolphins playing in the ocean. The check in process was super easy (just a code for the door from Helen’s check in email). Helen answered questions promptly. It’s the quieter and nicer side of PCB in our opinion and we’ll return for sure.

Great stay

The condo at Emerald Isle is beautiful. It is well stocked with everything you need. The balcony was the largest we have ever had access to and enjoyed hanging out on it overlooking the ocean and beach. I love how beach access was super easy. I can't say enough how wonderful our experience was. Great place to rent.

Unfortunately we left a night early because it decided to rain every single day on our trip!! I got to spend less than 5 hours on the beach total in 7 days 🥺🥺 The condo had a welcoming feeling and had everything we needed! Thank you!

Perfect vacation!

Have been staying at Panama City for several years and this was by far our favorite! The room and view was awesome from the large balcony. The elevators were not an issue even being on the 15th floor. The ease of access to the beach can not be beat!! Would definitely stay again

Great views and convenient location.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The only suggestion Is parking. We had to park across the busy street. The crossover is difficult for senior adults to navigate. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Check in process was simple, the condo was In immaculate shape, super clean and cozy. Loved being able to look out from the balcony to see and listen to the ocean. Easy access down to the beach. All in all would 100 percent recommend this stay.

Beachfront nice but property had some maintenance issues.

Booking was a breeze. Property location was great, close to Pier Park but far enough away from traffic. Room had maintenance items that needed to be addressed (light bulbs, fridge handle, light switch plate, clogged shower, squeaky dryer). When notifying owner things were addressed. This property has a great view from the 15th floor. We saw plenty of fish, dolphins, and a manatee swimming. Elevator was fast and we had little wait time. Parking was not ideal but there is a walkway and side walks across the street.

Great location

We have stayed at Emerald Isle for two years and absolutely love it. The location is perfect! The check in process was easy and after messaging Helen we were even able to get into our condo a little early. Unfortunately, it did rain most of our trip (thanks unpredictable FL weather), but we still had a good time. There were some minor issues that could use some attention…the dryer squeaks very loudly while in use, most of the cookware needs to be replaced, and the refrigerator door handle came loose, but aside from that, the condo was great!

Perfect GIrls Trip

There were 3 of us for a long weekend Girls Trip. It was perfect! The condo was very comfortable and almost felt like home! We travel about 4 times a year and this is by far one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. We were talking about making this our place for future trips. A few minor things could be made but overall it was great. The balcony was so large and comfortable. I even slept in the chase lounge one night on the balcony! Thanks for the personal touches to make it comfortable. The beds were so comfortable! When it says fully equipped kitchen - it was. The beach chairs were just an added bonus for us because we always rent them. Thanks Helen!

Lovely place to stay.

Drive right up to the door with a seemingly endless supply of carts and right next to the elevators. Offload and then I recommend parking just across the road. Always plenty of parking and a snap to walk right back. The code to get in worked fine and once inside the condominium is gorgeous. New flooring is beautiful AND NO CARPET! The kitchen was well stocked and a great frig with large ice maker. Beds were absolutely high end and very comfortable. We really liked the couch and loveseat not being fabric and easily cleaned between guest stays. And of course the balcony was to die for. Wonderful sunset views and very spacious with really comfortable seating. Not just your “plastic chairs”. Winn Dixie is VERY close. We love steaks at Angelo’s and made reservations at Pompano Joe’s in Pier Park (right at the entrance and drive in and turn right for plenty of close by parking). Most restaurants won’t take reservations so it was a treat to get in quickly. The crab cakes are wonderful and LARGE and the seafood platter was very good. We stuffed ourselves and my wife was too full to finish both large crab cakes.....so I did! We preferred the food to Captain Anderson’s. The chairs and umbrella were great and the attendant was very kind. I recommend a $5 tip each day because they work hard. Ms. Phillips, our host, was very kind and professional with all the necessary communication without being intrusive. This is a condo we enjoyed immensely and look forward to having an opportunity to return. Obviously, we recommend this condo for your PCB vacation. John and Julie

Our little getaway

We had an amazing time at this condo in our vacation. Check in was super easy. We had no troubles parking and had no wait for the elevators. The condo itself is beautiful!! The view is the best!! We loved our quiet area on the beach and not being right in the middle of everything, but close enough to do anything!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Beautiful and just as described.

This condo was lovely, had a great view and was exceptionally clean. The property manager, Helen, worked hard to quickly address any small issues that arose during our stay. I was a little surprised at all the framed family photos the owners had in the condo, but that in no way detracted from our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was much more comfortable than the one my husband and I have at home! We slept well!
