Whether you’re seeking insider tips from locals or prefer a more hands-off hosting experience, we let you take the lead while remaining readily available to enhance your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This a pet friendly property with payment of non-refundable pet fee. Guests must inform host of pet when booking.
9. No boats or trailers are to be parked at 30A Sea Story properties. Any fines from the HOA as a result of this broken rule will be charged to the guest.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
